dc.descriptionEl presente estudio recoge los resultados cualitativos del proceso investigativo orientado a fortalecer por medio de una propuesta pedagógica la educación en competencias sociales en los niños del Hogar Infantil Perlas del Pacífico del Municipio de Bajo Baudó – Pizarro, reconociendo la importancia que tienen los procesos de fortalecimiento emocional y desarrollo de dicha competencia por parte del educando. Se hace fundamental entender la fuerte incidencia que tienen los contextos violentos en la convivencia de los estudiantes de gran parte de instituciones educativas del territorio. Así las cosas, la metodología estructurada del estudio es de enfoque cualitativo y tipo de investigación descriptiva, tipo de investigación que se caracteriza por ser analítica por excelencia de quienes se preocupan por la comprensión de significados (observar, escuchar y comprender). Exige una sistematización rigurosa de las distintas técnicas e instrumentos que componen el acervo metodológico y, por ende, un gran conocimiento de la teoría. La muestra se ha definido por conveniencia con el propósito de facilitar el desarrollo del proyecto y el análisis de los resultados. En cuanto al uso de los instrumentos se estableció la aplicación de una encuesta. Los resultados muestran una fuerte incidencia del trabajo orientado al fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos propios del desarrollo de la competencia socio afectiva en niños y niñas, ya que muchos padres delegan el cuidado de los mismos a terceros como abuelos, hermanos mayores u otros familiares e incluso vecinos donde los patrones normativos resultan ser en algunos casos inadecuados, dado que los padres por diferentes circunstancias deben ausentarse del hogar pasando la mayor parte del tiempo fuera de este. También está presente el tipo de familia monoparental, cuya cabeza de hogar, es por lo general la madre; esto se debe en algunos casos a que el padre busca oportunidades laborales en otros países o ciudades de Colombia, ya sea en actividades legales o ilegales; o porque el padre ha fallecido producto de la violencia interna que se vive en el territorio.spa
dc.description.abstractThis study gathers the qualitative results of the research process aimed at strengthening through a pedagogical proposal the education in social competencies (specifically in cooperation and values) in the children of the Perlas del Pacífico Children's Home in the Municipality of Bajo Baudó - Pizarro, recognizing the importance of the processes of emotional strengthening and development of such competencies on the part of the student. It is essential to understand the strong incidence that violent contexts have on the coexistence of students in absolutely all the educational instances of the territory. Thus, the structured methodology of the study is of qualitative approach and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The qualitative approach and analytical type of research par excellence of those who are concerned with the understanding of meanings (observe, listen and understand). It requires a rigorous systematization of the different techniques and instruments that make up the methodological heritage and, therefore, a great knowledge of the theory The sample is determined by the teachers and parents of the Hogar Infantil Perlas del Pacifico. A survey was applied for the analysis of the information. The results show a strong incidence of work oriented to the strengthening of affection in the development of socio-affective competence in children, since many parents do not have control in the upbringing and formation of their children because most of them remain most of the time outside the home, in other situations which generates displacing the responsibility of upbringing to mothers or close relatives where the normative patterns turn out to be in some cases inadequate, also present is the type of single-parent family, whose head of household is usually the mother; This is due in some cases to the fact that the father seeks job opportunities in other countries or cities in Colombia, either in legal or illegal activities, or because the father has died as a result of internal violence in the territory.spa
