| dc.description | Esta propuesta de intervención educativa titulada: “diferencia y alteridad en casos de estudiantes que presentan dificultades de aprendizaje", se desarrollará en la Institución Educativa Rural San Antonio de Padua, ubicada en el municipio de Vigía del Fuerte, departamento de Antioquia (sede principal). Con la cual se pretende implementar una estrategia de capacitación, a través de un objeto virtual de aprendizaje (OVA), para sensibilizar sobre la importancia de la diferencia y la alteridad en casos de estudiantes que presentan dificultades de aprendizaje, a los 17 docentes que laboran en este establecimiento, y de esta manera mejorar en cada uno de los procesos académicos, reduciendo el índice de repitencia y de deserción escolar. Comienza con el planteamiento del problema, donde se describen de manera detallada los aspectos más importantes de esta problemática desde lo general hasta llegar a lo específico, es decir, que se parte de los grandes esfuerzos que han hecho los gobiernos internacionales y nacionales para mejorar las condiciones de la población estudiantil, para luego contextualizarlo en el ámbito regional y local. Después se realiza la formulación del problema, luego se plantean argumentos que justifican esta propuesta, partiendo de la postura de Valera (2001) citado por Gonzales F. (2009) quien advierte que: “el problema de la enseñanza y aprendizaje es, sin lugar a dudas, el ámbito de acción y reflexión del saber pedagógico. Posterior a ello se formulan los objetivos tanto general como específicos, para luego continuar con la aproximación al estado del arte donde se describen tres tipos de antecedentes que fundamentan esta investigación, uno es internacional, otro es nacional y un tercer y último antecedente regional o local. | dc.description.abstract | This educational intervention proposal entitled: "difference and alterity in cases of students with learning difficulties", will be developed at the San Antonio de Padua Rural Educational Institution, located in the municipality of Vigía del Fuerte, department of Antioquia (headquarters).
