| spa |
dc.description.abstract | Popular customs, traditions and beliefs are the cultural legacy that is transmitted from generation to generation and this process has a place in families, since that from home all this knowledge and popular wisdom is transferred. But with the passing of time, the reality that surrounds people has made this wealth ancestral is disappearing due to the acceptance of foreign cultural elements. In this sense, popular traditions such as eating food grown by the hands of the boyacense, the creation of handicrafts with elements from the environment, the practice of songs that have passed from generation to generation, the use of medicines ancestral traditions and the enjoyment of different dances of the region, have been perishing, since eleven that, thanks to their new ways of living, families have put aside all this wealth that made them characteristic, thus generating a loss of Boyacense identity | spa |
