dc.descriptionEl tema de la sostenibilidad en el turismo, hoy en día es muy notable en nuestro país dado que el sector de la industria hotelera ha tenido un importante crecimiento en este caso principalmente en la ciudad de Bogotá. Por medio de este ensayo se pretende dar a conocer el resultado de investigar el concepto de turismo sostenible y aplicación práctica en el Hotel Comfort GHL Los Héroes, ya que este asumió parte de su responsabilidad en estos problemas ambientales, y ha adoptado varias iniciativas dirigidas a mejorar su comportamiento ambiental. Con este estudio se desea poner en claro que ventajas y desventajas tiene el Hotel Comfort GHL Los Héroes antes, durante y después del proceso de la implementación del sistema de gestión sostenible, ya que hoy en día la demanda turística es cada vez más exigente debido a que se encuentra mejor informada en el enfoque de turismo sostenible, actualmente se está notando que el problema más grande que enfrenta hoy nuestro planeta es el del medio ambiente. La sostenibilidad es un dominante para la competitividad de los destinos turísticos en este caso el Hotel Comfort GHL Los Héroes, que pretende conservar el auxilio y cuidado del ambiente, procurando su protección y compromiso para evitar consecuencias de no minimizar el impacto ecológico que genera la prestación de servicios en el mismo.spa
dc.description.abstractThe issue of sustainability in tourism, today is very noticeable in our country given that the hotel industry sector has had significant growth in this case mainly in the city of Bogotá. Through this essay it is intended to present the result of investigating the concept of sustainable tourism and practical application in the Hotel Comfort GHL Los Heroes, since he assumed part of his responsibility in these problems environment, and has adopted several initiatives aimed at improving its behavior environmental.
