| dc.description | El planear utilizando las TIC, propicia al desarrollo creativo en los estudiantes y le permite al docente, tener la oportunidad de sistematizar las actividades, propósitos y metas. El maestro, como orientador receptivo a los intereses de los estudiantes, puede alentar a los adolescentes a imaginar, cambiar, modificar y crear algo nuevo, de acuerdo a sus necesidades cognitivas y emocionales. Bajo la influencia de la teoría constructivista, aplicada en el proceso educativo, es posible buscar infinidad de recursos para generar un ambiente propicio y un aprendizaje ameno, efectivo y afectivo, generando cambios positivos en los resultados del aprendizaje y en las actitudes de los adolescentes. El estudiante necesita aprender a resolver problemas, a analizar críticamente la realidad, y a transformarla. También requiere identificar conceptos, aprender a hacer, aprender a ser y a descubrir el conocimiento de una manera placentera, interesante, motivadora y sin temores. La utilización de las TIC, permiten el logro de estos objetivos, pues por medio de ellas se enriquecen los procesos de la enseñanza y del aprendizaje. Igualmente, haciendo un uso inteligente de ellas, se logra niveles insospechados de motivación por parte de los estudiantes, lo cual contribuye a disminuir la deserción escolar, y a tratar de resolver problemáticas familiares y emocionales, con la ayuda de una comunidad educativa virtual centrada en promover el bienestar de adolescentes vulnerables, usando variadas estrategias para el diálogo y la interacción. | dc.description.abstract | Planning using ICT, encourages creative development in students and allows the teacher to have the opportunity to systematize the activities, purposes and goals. The teacher, as a receptive counselor to the interests of the students, can encourage teens to imagine, change, modify, and create something new, according to their cognitive and emotional needs. Under the influence of constructivist theory, applied in the educational process, it is possible to look for infinite resources to generate a propitious environment and a pleasant, effective and affective learning, generating positive changes in the learning outcomes and attitudes of adolescents. The student needs to learn to solve problems, to critically analyze the reality, and to transform it. It also requires identifying concepts, learning to do, learn to be and discover knowledge in a pleasant way, interesting, motivating and fearless. The use of ICTs allows the achievement of these objectives, because through them the processes of teaching and learning. Likewise, by making intelligent use of them, unsuspected levels of motivation are achieved on the part of the students, which contributes to reducing school desertion, and to try to resolve family and emotional problems, with the help of a virtual educational community focused on promoting the well-being of adolescents vulnerable, using various strategies for dialogue and interaction.
