It is noteworthy that some 10 years ago, these affectations did not represent greater relevance, because these factors were not perceived as a risk in the future of the region, however, today it has been done It is necessary to establish rules and laws that adequately regulate the activity, due to the abuse of extractive activity. The most relevant environmental aspects to take into account are the following: affectation of the climate, loss of soil properties, contamination of water sources and the consequences of the affectation of these three aspects on the level socio-economic life of a specific region. In this work, the main environmental impacts resulting from mining activity and its influence on the standard of living of the region of the department of Chocó. For this analysis, studies of other authors who have broadened the panoramic vision of this work. within the fundamental aspects, it is concluded that mining is one of the important activities in the country's economy, but in its wake aggressively modifies the customs of a region.

A methodology is established that shows in each of its stages the information necessary for the development of this project; needs, documentary analysis, the design of the QMS and realization of documents, for the microenterprise providing services that are the object of this study. In Stage 1, Determination of needs, a situational analysis of the Company is carried out through the DOFA matrix; In Stage 2, the Company's documentary situation is determined, specifying what documents it has as required by the Standard; in Stage 3, Design of the QMS, which establishes the way to follow in all the documentation to be prepared, heading and footer; and in Stage 4, all the minimum documentation established by ISO 9001-2008, Quality Manual, characterization sheets, procedures, and formats is carried out. Sede Bogotá., ) Sánchez Salazar, Margarita; 2014Actualmente, se percibe que el servicio de atención al cliente en la Empresa Rectificadora El Motor Ltda., municipio de Villavicencio departamento del Meta, presenta una desmejora e insatisfacción por parte de los clientes, que visitan la empresa; los colaboradores no proporcionaron información clara y precisa a las inquietudes o sugerencias, provocando alternativas de solución a medios que no satisfacen completamente las necesidades de los clientes. Es decir, no se proporciona una excelente gestión del servicio en el momento de llegar a las personas a solicitar algun producto o servicio. Por ejemplo: recibir al cliente con palabras, frases o acciones tales como: que quiere, trae sencillo, córrase más, me da permiso; el conocimiento de las necesidades estimula del cliente es nulo, no se ni se premia a los mismos, con un recibimiento agradable, ameno, afectuoso, familiar que conlleve a su fidelidad y se logre cubrir sus necesidades. Se evidencia también, que el servicio a pesar de ser ágil y oportuno, se percibe de manera muy tacita que quieren salir rapido del cliente; entonces no se trabaja con sentido humano, valor agregado en el servicio, no se es innovador, amable en un cien por ciento no se labora en un ambiente óptimo para tal fin. Que bueno seria, Escuchar de parte de los colaboradores, palabras, frases o acciones que generen el cambio, ejemplo: una sonrisa, cortesia, amabilidad, saludo, disposicion, momentos de verdad motivacion, entusiasmo, presentacion personal, simpatía expresión de buena voluntad; usando para ello, palabras o frases que puedan ser: como me place verlo, en que le puedo servir, que gusto de tenerlo nuevamente, en cuanto a los productos y servicios que desea adquirir, en fin, un sin número de valores agregados que permitan conservar la lealtad del cliente para siempre, y por ende generar mayor supervivencia, rentabilidad y crecimiento.
