dc.description	La cultura ambiental hoy en día debe ser trabajada desde diferentes ámbitos, iniciando en el hogar para que se fortalezca en los establecimientos educativos, con herramientas que contribuyan a la construcción de nuevos hábitos, los cuales son de suprema importancia para tratar de dar solución a los problemas socioculturales causados por actividades antrópicas. El objetivo de este trabajo de intervención se trató en la implementación de una estrategia pedagógica en la institución educativa Carlos Mauro Hoyos del municipio de Calamar, en el departamento del Guaviare, que permita reducir la contaminación causada por los plásticos de un solo uso. Siguiendo un tipo de investigación descriptiva bajo un enfoque cualitativo, se desarrollaron estrategias pedagógicas que permitan a los participantes tomar conciencia sobre la importancia de reducir el consumo de los plásticos, y así, mitigar el impacto negativo que se presenta tanto en la atmosfera por incineración, en las fuentes hídricas y en los suelos de la institución y el municipio. Durante las actividades de observación y aplicación de la encuesta a los estudiantes de la institución, se identificó que más del 90% utilizan material plástico diariamente y no se realizan actividades significativas para reciclarlo o seleccionarlo, muchos de los integrantes de la comunidad creen que basta con disponer de suficientes canecas o que el carro del aseo pase el día que le corresponde a la hora enmarcada.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The environmental culture today must be worked from different areas, starting at home so that it is strengthened in educational establishments, with tools that contribute to the construction of new habits, which are of paramount importance to try to solve the sociocultural problems caused by anthropic activities. The objective of this intervention work was the implementation of a pedagogical strategy in the Carlos Mauro Hoyos educational institution in the municipality of Calamar, in the department of Guaviare, which allows reducing the pollution caused by single-use plastics. Following a type of descriptive research under a qualitative approach, pedagogical strategies were developed that allow participants to become aware of the importance of reducing the consumption of plastics, and thus, mitigate the negative impact that occurs both in the atmosphere due to incineration, in the water sources and in the soils of the institution and the municipality. During the activities of observation and application of the survey to the students of the institution, it was identified that more than 90% use plastic material daily and no significant activities are carried out to recycle or select it, many of the members of the community believe that it is enough to have enough bins or that the cleaning car passes the day that corresponds to the framed time.	spa
