| dc.description | Diariamente las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito y entidades financieras reciben dos tipos de visitas en sus instalaciones las cuales son realizadas por visitantes o consultores y en su mayoría por asociados de la cooperativa, dentro de estas actividades no se desarrolla un registro de la visita y/o actividad realizada dentro de la cooperativa, en ocasiones llegan personas inescrupulosas que buscan aprovechar debilidades de registro y control para cometer fraudes, las operaciones más expuestas son las de otorgamiento de crédito pues existe suplantación de identidad en el proceso de solicitud de crédito de acuerdo con (Datacrédito, 2020) El robo de identidad es un delito que no está controlado aún, y que hasta el momento, miles de personas han sido víctimas de este tipo de robos. Los ladrones de identidad pueden obtener tu información personal de una variedad de fuentes. Dentro de los robos de identidad más conocidos y recurrentes identificados por (Datacrédito, 2020) se pueden encontrar los siguientes: Recolección en la basura: No es común ver personas revisando la basura, pero los ladrones de identidad lo hacen para encontrar facturas u otros documentos que tengan información personal tuya para así usarla y cometer delitos. Duplicación: Se pueden duplicar los datos de tus tarjetas de crédito tan solo utilizando un dispositivo de almacenamiento electrónico especial, que registra la información cuando se procesa la tarjeta. 12 Suplantación: Pueden aparentar ser personas o instituciones financieras o empresas y enviar correos no deseados o mensajes de texto para intentar engañar y así revelar información personal. Cambio de domicilio: Con el cambio de vivienda se debe tener mucho cuidado al momento de registrar su lugar de residencia actual, los ladrones se valen de esto para completar formularios y cambiar direcciones con el fin de recibir estados de cuentas en otros lugares. Robo a la “vieja usanza”: Es el clásico “raponazo” de bolsos, carteras y billeteras incluyendo estados de cuenta y tarjetas de crédito para sobornar al titular de dicha cuenta, o en efecto, hacer cualquier tipo de transacción. Pretextos: Los ladrones actúan bajo falsos pretextos para obtener información personal de instituciones financieras, compañías telefónicas y otras fuentes. Para desarrollar estas actividades se requiere de un software capaz de controlar las visitas de quien está frente al funcionario y dejar un registro específico de la visita realizada y la actividad que se desarrolla para él. Esta herramienta realizará la lectura del código PDF 417 de la cédula de ciudadanía con un scanner especialmente configurado para la lectura de este código el cual contiene datos biográficos de la persona como número de identificación, fecha de nacimiento, género, nombres y apellidos y RH, estos datos serán almacenados y validados cada vez que se realice una actividad por parte del asociado en la cooperativa, luego se realizará el registro de la huella del asociado a través del lector biométrico con una aplicación que 13 valida directamente la huella a las bases de datos de la registraduría nacional y se realizará una toma fotográfica para tener el momento exacto y como estaba presentada la persona que realiza el evento. Para el desarrollo de esta herramienta fue necesario el análisis de las actividades de registro y control realizadas por los visitantes y asociados a la cooperativa y de esta forma determinar Se usaron las herramientas de desarrollo Microsoft Visual Studio Community, Microsoft SQL Server, Team Foundation Server, con estas herramientas de desarrollo de última generación se obtendrán sin dudas mejores resultados. La herramienta permitirá obtener análisis de visitas al poder registrar los diferentes tipos de eventos y también la frecuencia. | spa |
