dc.descriptionEsta propuesta de especialización parte desde los hechos ocurridos a nivel mundial en el año 2020, donde gran parte de la población humana debe mantenerse en confinamiento obligatorio (Cuarentena) durante un largo periodo de tiempo para prevenir el contagio y propagación del coronavirus denominado COVID 19. A partir de lo anterior y llevándolo al contexto especifico de trabajo, el área de educación física del Centro Crecer de Fontibón durante el proceso gradual de retoma de actividades presenciales con niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes con discapacidad intelectual, puede identificar la disminución de la condición física y habilidades de motricidad gruesa de dicha población. Es aquí donde se proyecta realizar una estrategia lúdica llamada Olimpiadas de Motricidad Gruesa, para 15 participantes entre las edades de 14 a 18 años con discapacidad intelectual leve del Centro Crecer de Fontibón, que tiene por objetivos caracterizar cuales de las habilidades físicas fueron más afectadas, diseñar una estrategia lúdica que fortalezca la condición física y motricidad gruesa de los participantes y valorar el proceso final de la implementación de la estrategia lúdica con los participantes. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se trabajará con el enfoque cualitativo, el tipo de investigación acción, la técnica a implementar será la observación estructurada y los instrumentos de investigación serán registro anecdótico, escala de estimaciones y la escala de estimaciones.spa
dc.description.abstractThis specialization proposal starts from the events that occurred worldwide in the year 2020, where a large part of the human population must be kept in mandatory confinement (Quarantine) for a long period of time to prevent the contagion and spread of the coronavirus called COVID 19. Based on the above and taking it to the specific context of work, the physical education area of the Centro Crecer de Fontibón during the gradual process of resumption of face-to-face activities with children, adolescents and young people with disabilities intellectual, can identify declining physical fitness and motor skills bulk of that population. It is here where it is planned to carry out a playful strategy called the Gross Motor Olympics, for 15 participants between the ages of 14 and 18 with mild intellectual disabilities from the Center Crecer de Fontibón, whose objectives are to characterize which of the physical abilities were most affected, design a playful strategy that strengthens physical condition and gross motor skills of the participants and assess the final process of the implementation of the ludic strategy with the participants. For the development of the project, we will work with the qualitative approach, the type of research action, the technique to be implemented will be structured observation and the instruments of research will be anecdotal record, scale of estimates and the scale of estimates.spa
