Incidentes de deserción escolar y proyección de vida en la población infantil indígena del resguardo Altos del Rey en Cauca

dc.descriptionLa educación es un derecho fundamental, debe ser considerada además de una necesidad básica, una labor social, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos socioculturales en lo que nos encontramos inmersos. De este modo, nace esta investigación en unos de los territorios más ricos en diversidad étnica de Colombia, como lo es el departamento del Cauca, específicamente en la comunidad indígena del resguardo Altos del Rey ubicada en los municipios de López de Micay, El Tambo y Argelia. La generación de otros tipos de aprendizaje, asegura que nuestro trasegar educativo se mantenga en el tiempo y logre un cambio sustancial frente a la adquisición de nuevo conocimiento que perdurará en el tiempo. Es importante conocer los motivos que están generando que nuestra población infantil deserte de los claustros educativos, independientemente del lugar en el que se encuentren y si pertenecen o no a poblaciones vulnerables; no es negociable que estos casos de deserción escolar se sigan presentado, debemos implementar proyectos como este, con el fin de lograr una rápida anticipación y actuación para que nuestro niños, niñas y adolescentes, tengan una proyección de vida durante su trasegar institucional. La brecha que actualmente existe entre los segmentos de poblaciones infantiles ubicados en zonas rurales y con déficit en la inyección de recursos por parte del estado, se tiene que reducir a su punto máximo para puedan tener acceso a la infraestructura y conectividad, logrando y afirmando que todos cuenten con estos elementos y así logren el acceso a las dinámicas actuales de educación. Solamente reduciendo esta brecha podremos posicionar a Colombia como uno de los países ejemplos en nivel de accesibilidad en la educación, sin importar el tipo de población, siempre con el objetivo principal de confirmar que todos nos encontremos conectados, trabajando de la mano con las entidades del estado. La utilización de los instrumentos en este proyecto nos ayudará a identificar esta problemática y tener una solución temprana a este problema.spa
dc.description.abstractEducation is a fundamental right, it must be considered as well as a basic need, a social work, taking into account the socio-cultural aspects in which we find ourselves immersed. Thus, this research was born in one of the richest territories in terms of ethnic diversity in Colombia, such as the department of Cauca, specifically in the indigenous community of the Altos del Rey reservation located in the municipalities of López de Micay, El Tambo and Algeria. The generation of other types of learning ensures that our educational transfer is maintained over time and achieves a substantial change in the face of the acquisition of new knowledge that will last over time. It is important to know the reasons that are causing our child population to drop out of educational cloisters, regardless of where they are and whether or not they belong to vulnerable populations; It is not negotiable that these cases of school dropout continue to be presented, we must implement projects like this, in order to achieve rapid anticipation and action so that our children and adolescents have a life projection during their institutional transfer. The gap that currently exists between the segments of child populations located in rural areas and with a deficit in the injection of resources by the state, must be reduced to its maximum point so that they can have access to infrastructure and connectivity, achieving and affirming that all have these elements and thus achieve access to the current dynamics of education. Only by reducing this gap can we position Colombia as one of the countries that is an example of the level of accessibility in education, regardless of the type of population, always with the main objective of confirming that we are all connected, working hand in hand with the entities of the condition. The use of the instruments in this project will help us to identify this problem and have an early solution to this problem.spa
