| dc.description | En el municipio de Mahates se ha evidenciado el exponencial aumento en el uso de agroquímicos lo cual está generando contaminación ambiental y además está colocando en riesgo la seguridad alimentaria ya que el uso excesivo de los agroquímicos trae consigo salinización de los suelos, perdida de diversidad agrícola biológica, resistencia a plagas y enfermedades, etc. A partir de la problemática anterior se planteó el siguiente interrogante ¿Cómo el PROCEDA permite sensibilizar a los agricultores en el uso de agroquímicos y garantizar la seguridad alimentaria en el municipio de Mahates? Para la dar respuesta al interrogante anterior se trazó un objetivo general el cuál fue estructurar un Proyecto Ciudadano de Educación Ambiental con la asociación “ASOAGRIMA” para disminuir el uso de agroquímicos. Para alcanzar el objetivo planteado se realizó una investigación de tipo cualitativo caracterizado por la investigaciónacción, se utilizaron herramientas como son la entrevista, encuesta y observación directa. Las anteriores herramientas permitieron diagnosticar en primera instancia que solamente el 60% de la población muestra sabe que son los agroquímicos, 90% aplicaban agroquímicos en sus cultivos, el 100% desconocía los efectos negativos que causan los agroquímicos en la salud y en el medio ambiente. A partir de este diagnóstico y en aras de contribuir al mejoramiento ambiental se desarrollaron actividades pedagógicas que les permitió a los integrantes de ASOAGRIMA obtener conocimientos sobre el concepto los agroquímicos, sus efectos sobre el medio ambiente y la salud, además conocer y aplicar prácticas agroecológicas para disminuir el agroquímicos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | In the municipality of Mahates has shown the exponential increase in the use of agrochemicals which is generating environmental pollution and is also placing at risk the food security that the excessive use of agrochemicals, as well as the salinization of soils, loss of diversity biological agriculture, resistance to pests and diseases, etc. Based on the previous problems, the following question was asked: How does PROCEDA make farmers aware of the use of agrochemicals and guarantee food security in the municipality of Mahates? For the answer to the previous question, a general objective was translated which was to structure a Citizen Project of Environmental Education with the association "ASOAGRIMA" to reduce the use of agrochemicals. To achieve the objective, a qualitative research was carried out characterized by action research, using tools such as interview, survey and direct observation. The first tools allowed to diagnose in the first instance that only 60% of the population shows that they are agrochemicals, 90% applied agrochemicals in their crops, 100% were unaware of the negative effects that agrochemicals cause on health and the environment .
