| dc.description | El objetivo de este trabajo es comprobar la existencia del síndrome de desgaste laboral en el Grupo Editorial Mundo Niños, al igual que la relación que existe entre el nivel de desgaste ocupacional y los factores demográficos, el área en la que desempeñan sus funciones y la antigüedad laboral, identificando que puede estar ocasionando la presencia del Síndrome en las diferentes áreas y describiendo las posibles estrategias de intervención y prevención que puedan ser generadas y aplicadas en esta empresa. Para esto se realizó una investigación conceptual sobre el Síndrome de Burnout o Síndrome de Quemarse en el Trabajo (SQT), considerándose que en la actualidad este constituye un riesgo psicosocial que afecta a la mayoría de población. Esta investigación pretende establecer la presencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el Grupo Editorial Mundo Niños, empresa dedicada a la comercialización de productos editoriales Disney en Colombia; para esto se realizó la aplicación del test EDO - Escala de Desgaste Ocupacional (Burnout), a una muestra representativa de los funcionarios de la compañía, para determinar la presencia y/o niveles de desgaste, y realizar una comparación de estos niveles en las diferentes áreas. | dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work is to verify the existence of the burnout syndrome in the Grupo Editorial Mundo Ninos, as well as the relationship between the level of wear occupational and demographic factors, the area in which they perform their duties and the job seniority, identifying what may be causing the presence of the Syndrome in the different areas and describing the possible intervention and prevention strategies that can be generated and applied in this company. For this, a conceptual investigation was carried out on the Burnout Syndrome or Syndrome of Burning at Work (SQT), considering that at present this constitutes a risk psychosocial that affects the majority of the population. This research aims to establish the presence of Burnout Syndrome in the Group Editorial Mundo Ninos, a company dedicated to the commercialization of Disney publishing products in Colombia; For this, the application of the EDO test - Occupational Wear Scale was carried out. (Burnout), to a representative sample of company officials, to determine the presence and/or levels of wear, and make a comparison of these levels in the different areas.
