| spa |
dc.description.abstract | This research article proposes a comparative analysis between three alternatives for the production of the Bioethanol using a system designed for alcoholic fermentation in Bach with brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) versus common grape (Vitis vinifera), mango peel (mangifera indica) and the hydrolyzed biomass of the Aquatic Lily plant or water lily (Eichhornia Crassipes); at the same time These were subjected to different processes in the laboratories of the Foundation's engineering faculty. Los Libertadores University, where different equipment and tools were used to control the aeration, pH, temperature, amount of glucose and product concentration. After structural analysis It was identified which of the three is more effective in obtaining Bioethanol, taking into account as a preamble the results obtained from the investigations carried out. | spa |
