dc.description	El termino alfabetización inicial, hace referencia a la formación de experiencias lingüísticas significativas que permiten la configuración de procesos de lectura y escritura en niños, a partir de la interacción del sujeto con otros pares, adultos y elementos de su contexto inmediato, por tanto, este aspecto aporta significativamente al desarrollo integral (individual y social) del ser humano debido a que se generan estrategias, competencias y habilidades para la vida. Partiendo de esta premisa nace el proyecto sobre alfabetización inicial en la institución Jardín Infantil Ksi-Kids ubicado en el barrio Chapinero de la Localidad Quinta Camacho de la Ciudad de Bogotá, en donde se realizó seguimiento a las dinámicas institucionales y posteriormente se propuso una intervención pedagógica basada específicamente en esta temática (alfabetización inicial) estacando los aportes de este proceso a la formación integral del niño en diferentes contextos, para lo cual se tuvo en cuenta el desarrollo de pedagógico y motivacional al interior del aula que permitieron al niño la adhesión y dominio de la lectura y escritura. Para llevar a cabo esta investigación, se tuvo en cuenta la estructura de las estrategias de alfabetización inicial utilizadas en la institución Jardín Infantil Ksi-Kids, estas son trabajadas autónomamente por cada docente (grupo interdisciplinario conformado por fonoaudiólogos, terapeutas ocupacionales y psicólogos), sin tener en cuenta parámetros regidos a un patrón especifico o lineamiento, es decir que cada profesional elabora dinámicas determinadas con baja relación entre los contenidos. Sobre dichas acciones se realizaron observaciones in situ de las dinámicas de clase y posteriormente se presentaron realimentaciones a los docentes con el objetivo de orientar e identificar diferentes fortalezas y acciones de mejora sobre los procesos de aprendizaje asociados a la alfabetización inicial. La importancia de esta propuesta, es resaltar el impacto positivo de la alfabetización inicial en la institución Jardín Infantil Ksi-Kids bajo un lineamiento especifico que permita la transversalización de saberes favoreciendo el desarrollo y fortalecimiento de procesos de escritura y lectura desde los primeros años de vida.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The term initial literacy refers to the formation of significant linguistic experiences that allow the configuration of reading and writing processes in children, based on the interaction of the subject with other peers, adults and elements of its immediate context, therefore, this aspect contributes significantly to the integral development (individual and social) of the human being due to the generation of strategies, competencies and life skills. Based on this premise, the initial literacy project was born in the Ksi-Kids Kindergarten institution located in the Chapinero neighborhood of the Quinta Camacho Locality of the City of Bogotá, where the institutional dynamics were followed up and a pedagogical intervention was later proposed. based specifically on this theme (initial literacy), highlighting the contributions of this process to the comprehensive education of children in different contexts, for which the development of pedagogical and motivational competences within the classroom that allowed the child's adhesion was taken into account and mastery of reading and writing. To carry out this research, the structure of the initial literacy strategies used in the Ksi Kids Kindergarten institution were taken into account, these are formed independently by each teacher (interdisciplinary group made up of phonoaudiologists, occupational therapists and psychologists), without take into account parameters governed by a specific pattern or guideline, that is to say that each professional elaborates specific dynamics with low relation between the contents of the different subject. On these actions, in situ observations of the class dynamics were made and feedback was presented to the teachers in order to guide and identify different strengths and improvement actions on the learning processes associated with initial literacy. The importance of this proposal is to highlight the positive impact of initial literacy in the Ksi-Kids Kindergarten institution under a specific guideline that allows the mainstreaming of knowledge, favoring the development and strengthening of writing and reading processes from the first years of life.	spa
