dc.descriptionLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo establecer estrategias lúdicas pedagógicas que permitan implementar y ejecutar la práctica de valores como generadores de una sana convivencia en las estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Santa Teresita de Santiago de Tolú – Sucre. Se tomó como referente las conductas presentadas por las estudiantes durante los diferentes escenarios escolares, que dieron pie para que se buscaran soluciones a través de diferentes estrategias para así crear espacios más sanos en cuanto al manejo de la convivencia, reconociendo los valores como eje principal en la formación integral de las estudiantes. Para ello se consultaron teorías, antecedentes y referentes bibliográficos que le dieron soporte a este proyecto. Este trabajo fue orientado por el método cualitativo, con observaciones y entrevistas y también se utilizó un instrumento del enfoque cuantitativo como lo fue una encuesta que no cambio los fines de dicha investigación y que permitieron recolectar información valiosa para el análisis de la situación. Se aplicaron encuestas a estudiantes y entrevistas a padres de familia y docentes que arrojaron varios resultados a través de triangulaciones hechas a dichos instrumentos. Uno de esos hallazgos fue que los padres de familias tienen poco tiempo para compartir con sus hijas y también para inculcarles valores y esto a la vez afecta en gran manera el comportamiento de las estudiantes, reflejándose en su actuar, ocasionando situaciones poco favorables para un buen desarrollo de la jornada escolar. Al analizar la información da pie al grupo de investigación para diseñar una propuesta encaminada al mejoramiento de esta situación a través de diferentes estrategias que permitan implementar y ejecutar la práctica de valores en los contextos donde se encuentren las estudiantes.spa
dc.description.abstractThe present research aimed to establish pedagogical playful strategies that allow the implementation and execution of the practice of values as generators of a healthy coexistence in the students of the Santa Teresita Educational Institution of Santiago de Tolú - Sucre. The behaviors presented by the students during the different school settings were taken as a reference, which led to the search for solutions through different strategies in order to create healthier spaces in terms of coexistence management. recognizing the values as the main axis in the integral formation of the students. For this, theories, antecedents and bibliographic references that gave support to this project were consulted. This work was guided by the qualitative method, with observations and interviews and, also, an instrument of the quantitative approach was used, such as a survey that did not change the purposes of said research and that allowed the collection of valuable information for the analysis of the situation. Surveys were applied to students and interviews with parents and teachers that yielded several results through triangulations made to said instruments.
