dc.descriptionAl realizar el plan estratégico para el Hotel Cartagena Real, se avanza en el diagnóstico estratégico que ayuda a identificar las debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas y amenazas que enfrenta el Hotel y analizar medidas preventivas y correctivas que permitan mejoras en el servicio prestado, así como adelantar la misión, visión, valores del mismo. Esta herramienta gerencial le proveerá al Hotel una visión y misión unificada entre todos sus colaboradores reflejadas al cliente externo, así mismo se puede concentrar en los aspectos más relevantes y que le agregan valor y desechar aquellos que no son propios del negocio y que le generan traumas y demoras en la prestación del servicio. Para la realización del plan estratégico, es importante el aporte de la alta dirección del hotel, en lo que se refiere a la información para la construcción del diagnóstico estratégico, direccionamiento estratégico y análisis del entorno. También es necesario contar con la información de los clientes del hotel a quienes se les aplicará un instrumento de encuesta que permita identificar la percepción de estos con respecto a la prestación del servicio ofrecido por el Hotel Cartagena Real. También es importante mencionar que la realización de esta investigación relaciona el interés de los investigadores en la temática que enmarca el desarrollar un plan estratégico para el Hotel Cartagena Real como insumo requerido por COTELCO.spa
dc.description.abstract.When carrying out the strategic plan for the Hotel Cartagena Real, progress is made in the strategic diagnosis that helps identify weaknesses, strengths and threats faced by the Hotel and analyze preventive and corrective measures that report improvements in the service provided, as well as advancing its mission, vision and values. This management tool will provide the Hotel with a unified vision and mission among all your collaborators reflected to the external client, likewise you can focus on the most relevant aspects that add value and discard those that are not typical of the business and that generate traumas and delays in the provision of the service. To carry out the strategic plan, the contribution of senior management is important of the hotel, regarding the information for the construction of the diagnosis strategic, strategic direction and analysis of the environment. Also need have the information of the hotel clients to whom an instrument will be applied survey that allows identifying their perception regarding the provision of the service offered by the Hotel Cartagena Real. It is also important to mention that conducting this research relates the interest of researchers in the subject that frames the development of a strategic plan for the Hotel Cartagena Real as input required by COTELCO.spa
