dc.description	En este análisis se examina el papel de los sistemas de comunicación alternativos puntualmente el pasquín en la época colonial 1794 y el Twitter, para evidenciar la interacción que generan con la sociedad. Se analizan los diferentes comunicados que se crearon en esta época particular y como causan impactos significativos en la sociedad. Los escritos analizados sugieren un inconformismo manifestado de la sociedad con las leyes generadas por los entes gubernamentales, los hallazgos sugieren que los medios de comunicación alternativos en primera medida buscan, la construcción de comunicación democrática y al servicio de la sociedad estos medios ayudan con la difusión de escritos cortos que en gran mayoría son generados por personas jóvenes los cuales buscan crear interacciones sociales que gesten procesos democráticos. Esta reflexión argumentativa se describe en con un tono teórico haciendo énfasis en la historia colonial y actual del país y en segunda medida se busca comprender la evolución taxonómica de los medios de comunicación que sirven como elementos transformadores de contextos particulares y cómo este elemento de comunicación alternativa (pasquín) dio paso a la evolución de diferentes medios de opinión pública en la actualidad, tomando como objeto de estudio el pasquín y la red social Twitter.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this analysis, the role of alternative communication systems is examined in a timely manner, the pasquín in the colonial era 1794 and Twitter, to demonstrate the interaction they generate with society. The different communiqués that were created in this particular era and how they cause significant impacts on society are analyzed. The writings analyzed suggest a manifest nonconformity of society with the laws generated by government entities, the findings suggest that the alternative media first seeks, the construction of democratic communication and at the service of society these means help with the dissemination of short writings that are mostly generated by young people who seek to create social interactions that manage democratic processes. This argumentative reflection is described in a theoretical tone emphasizing the colonial and current history of the country and, in the second measure, it seeks to understand the taxonomic evolution of the media that serve as transforming elements of particular contexts and how this element of alternative communication (Pasquín) gave way to the evolution of different public opinion media today, taking as an object of study the Pasquín and the social network Twitter.	spa
