dc.descriptionEl tema de la convivencia escolar es de suma importancia en las instituciones educativas ya que influye en las adecuadas interacciones sociales y en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, generando un impacto en el entorno social de las familias. En el contexto de la sede B de la Institución Educativa Ciudadela Sucre del municipio de Soacha – Cundinamarca, se identifican constantemente numerosos conflictos evidenciados en maltrato físico, verbal, amenazas, insultos, burlas, rechazos, entre otros; principalmente entre las estudiantes mujeres de bachillerato. A partir de esta problemática, se da inicio a la presente investigación cuyo objetivo general apunta al análisis del fenómeno de violencia escolar intragénero con el propósito de esbozar estrategias y acciones futuras encaminadas a la sororidad, que fortalezcan la convivencia escolar en la institución. Para este estudio de tipo exploratorio, se utilizó un enfoque de investigación mixto, en el cual se implementó inicialmente un cuestionario cerrado en una muestra de 128 estudiantes mujeres adolescentes, que permitió caracterizar socio-demográficamente a las estudiantes participantes del estudio, así como identificar las situaciones de convivencia que han generado mayor conflicto intragénero en la institución. Posteriormente, se aplicó el instrumento de entrevista semiestructurada a 3 estudiantes, con el cual se logró un mayor acercamiento al fenómeno de violencia escolar entre mujeres que se da en la institución. A partir del análisis de los datos recolectados, se corroboró el fenómeno de hostigamiento o acoso escolar intragénero de manera reiterada y bajo diversas manifestaciones y matices. Entre las conclusiones y recomendaciones que arrojó la investigación, destaca entre otras, la importancia que representa la necesidad de desarrollar la sororidad en las estudiantes. De allí, que se esbozara finalmente un marco de actuaciones futuras que puedan contribuir en adelante a generar estrategias sororas que permitan fortalecer la sana convivencia escolar al interior de ésta y otras instituciones educativas.spa
dc.description.abstractThe issue of school coexistence is of the utmost importance in educational institutions since it influences adequate social interactions and student learning, generating an impact on the social environment of families. In the context of headquarters B of the Ciudadela Sucre Educational Institution in the municipality of Soacha - Cundinamarca, numerous conflicts evidenced in physical and verbal abuse, threats, insults, mockery, rejection, among others, are constantly identified; mainly among female high school students. From this problem, the present investigation arises whose general objective aims to conduct an analysis of the phenomenon of intra-gender school violence with the purpose of outlining future strategies and actions headed for sorority that strengthen school coexistence in the institution. For this exploratory study, a mixed research approach was used, in which a closed questionnaire was initially implemented in a sample of 128 female adolescent students, which allowed the socio-demographic characterization of the students participating in the study, as well as the identification of the situations of coexistence that have generated greater intra-gender conflict in the institution. Subsequently, the semi-structured interview instrument was applied to 3 students, with which a larger approach to the phenomenon of school violence between women that occurs in the institution was achieved. Based on the analysis of the data collected, the phenomenon of harassment or intra-gender bullying was corroborated repeatedly and under various manifestations and nuances. Among the conclusions and recommendations that the investigation produced there is one that stands out; it is the importance of the need to develop sisterhood among female students. From there, a framework for future actions was finally outlined that from now on could contribute to generating sisterhood strategies that allow a strengthening of healthy school coexistence within this and other educational institutions.spa
