dc.descriptionEste trabajo de investigación pretende identificar el nivel de la autoestima de los estudiantes Sordos de bachillerato del Colegio Departamental la Esperanza en la ciudad de Villavicencio y que tanto influye en la convivencia escolar con sus compañeros oyentes. Para realizar la recolección de información, se aplicó a los estudiantes Sordos una prueba llamada escala de la autoestima de Rosenberg, la cual permite identificar en qué nivel se encuentra la misma en cada uno de ellos; igualmente se elaboraron entrevistas semiestructuradas a los estudiantes oyente de los grados de inclusión, accediendo a identificar los elementos visibles o que se pueden entre ver de los estilos de relaciones que se han venido formando entre estudiantes sordos y oyentes. Después de hacer el correspondiente recorrido teórico-conceptual se busca diseñar una propuesta que le permita a la institución educativa propiciar espacios y situaciones que mejoren y fortalezcan las relaciones interpersonales de los estudiantes Sordos y oyentes, dando apertura a nuevos eventos que irán encaminados a robustecer la autoestima no solo de los estudiantes Sordos sino de estudiantes oyentes desde el reconocimiento de las habilidades y talentos que poseen cada uno de ellos en la institución. No se puede dejar de lado la difusión de la lengua de señas colombiana, elemento fundamental en el encuentro de dos mundos (sordos y oyentes) que, aunque diferentes, comparten un mismo espacio. El colegio Departamental la Esperanza es pionero en procesos de inclusión de personas en condición de discapacidad a nivel municipal y se espera que tomada y aplicada e institucionalizada esta propuesta, sea modelo a nivel departamental y ejemplo de calidad educativa en el orden nacional.spa
dc.description.abstractThis research work aims to identify the level of self-esteem of the Deaf high school students of the La Esperanza Departmental School in the city of Villavicencio and that influences so much school coexistence with their hearing companions. To collect the information, a test called the Rosenberg self-esteem scale was applied to the Deaf students, which allows identifying the level of self-esteem in each of them; Likewise, semi-structured interviews were carried out with the hearing students of the degrees of inclusion, agreeing to identify the visible elements or that can be seen from the styles of relationships that have been formed between deaf and hearing students. After making the corresponding theoretical-conceptual journey, the aim is to design a proposal that allows the educational institution to promote spaces and situations that improve and strengthen the interpersonal relationships of Deaf and hearing students, opening up new events that will be aimed at strengthening the Self-esteem not only of Deaf students but of hearing students from the recognition of the skills and talents that each of them possess in the institution. The dissemination of the Colombian sign language cannot be ignored, a fundamental element in the meeting of two worlds (deaf and hearing) that, although different, share the same space. The La Esperanza Departmental School is a pioneer in processes for the inclusion of people with disabilities at the municipal level and it is expected that this proposal taken, applied and institutionalized, will be a model at the departmental level and an example of educational quality at the national level.spa
