dc.description	El presente trabajo de investigación contiene una propuesta de intervención sobre el bullying escolar denominada “No al matoneo escolar, abajo el bullying”, la cual fue implementada a niños y niñas de 7 a 9 años del grado segundo de primaria del Colegio Distrital OEA de la ciudad de Bogotá. A nivel metodológico, esta propuesta se realizó a través del enfoque cualitativo de investigación-acción; y se diseñaron tres instrumentos de investigación: de caracterización: con la observación directa al grupo; de seguimiento: en él se encuentran los diferentes diarios de campo recogidos de las observaciones durante la implementación de la propuesta; y por último, instrumentos de evaluación: en él se diseñó y aplicó una entrevista estructurada a la docente titular debido a su conocimiento y diaria interacción con el grupo objeto de estudio. Como resultado se pudo evidenciar que los niños y las niñas que eran agredidos continuamente por un compañero asumían una actitud de permanecer callados por temor a que les pasará algo peor, por ende no les comentaban nada a los docentes y menos a los padres de familia. Una vez, implementada la propuesta pedagógica sobre prevención del bullying se observó que empezaron a expresar el maltrato continuo del que eran objeto sin ningún temor, inicialmente hicieron uso de otros nombres al referirse al victimario, y al final las víctimas hablaban sobre lo que estaban viviendo y nombrando directamente al agresor, lo que permitió mediar pedagógicamente y llegar a una reconciliación entre éstos dos actores, además de concientizar a los espectadores del papel que juegan en el fenómeno del bullying y cómo deben denunciar y apoyar a la víctima.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This research paper contains an intervention proposal on school bullying called “No to bullying, down bullying”, which was implemented to children aged 7 to 9 years of the second grade of primary school of the OAS District College of the city of Bogota. At the methodological level, this proposal was made through the qualitative approach to action research; and three research instruments were designed: characterization: with direct observation to the group; Follow-up: it contains the different field diaries collected from the observations during the implementation of the proposal; and finally, evaluation instruments: a structured interview was designed and applied to the head teacher due to her knowledge and daily interaction with the group under study. As a result, it was possible to show that boys and girls who were continually assaulted by a classmate assumed an attitude of remaining silent for fear that something worse would happen to them, therefore they did not comment anything to teachers and less to parents. Once, the pedagogical proposal on bullying prevention was implemented, it was observed that they began to express the continuous mistreatment of which they were subjected without fear, initially they made use of other names when referring to the victimizer, and in the end the victims talked about what they were living and naming the aggressor directly, which allowed him to mediate pedagogically and reach a reconciliation between these two actors, in addition to raising awareness among the viewers of the role they play in the phenomenon of bullying and how they should denounce and support the victim.	spa
