| dc.description | Este proyecto está orientado a satisfacer las necesidades de la población de la ciudad de Bogotá y sus municipios aledaños, aplicando este modelo de desarrollo turístico y sostenible en un ambiente rural del municipio de Tobia Cundinamarca para atender las demandas que tienen determinado grupo de clientes, generando en estos grupos la cultura por la agricultura y fomentado la educación con el cuidado del medio ambiente. El proyecto presenta la estrategia de creación y construcción de una casa de hospedaje agrícola rural en el municipio de Tobia, Cundinamarca con el objetivo de ponerla al servicio de los visitantes. Este negocio tiene oportunidad porque en la actualidad el turismo en Colombia se está abriendo a las dinámicas de la globalización y ha venido contribuyendo al desarrollo en sectores distintos al extractivo en el país. El sector en general ha sido fuente de ingreso para el creador de cualquier proyecto de este tipo, pues las ventajas geográficas y culturales del país le han permitido ganar ventajas comparativas respecto a otras naciones del trópico. El proyecto estará ubicado en el municipio de Tobia, Cundinamarca debido a que su cercanía con la capital del país le permite explotar un potencial mercado turístico interno además de ofrecer características paisajísticas con un abanico de variedades que retan la rutina del trabajo citadino. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This project is aimed at satisfying the needs of the population of the city of Bogotá and its surrounding municipalities, applying this model of tourism and sustainable development in an environment of the municipality of Tobia Cundinamarca to meet the demands of a certain group of clients, generating in these groups the culture for agriculture and promoting education with the environmental care. The project presents the strategy of creation and construction of a rural agricultural lodging house in the municipality of Tobia, Cundinamarca with the aim of putting it at the service of visitors. This business has opportunity because currently tourism in Colombia is opening up to the dynamics of the globalization and has been contributing to development in sectors other than extractive in the country.
