    This proposal is made in order to design a brand plan to promote caving activities and that includes attractions and resources with high potential tourist property of the Peñas Blancas reserve and the municipality of Peñón Santander, as They are the cave of gold that has a unique oxidation of sulfur that gives a golden tone to the contact with the water, the Los Carracos cavern that houses a kind of guacharos (Species of nocturnal bird that inhabits caves) that travel to the warm areas of Santander to eat palm seeds, the Neme cave that has a type of bitumen with powers curative according to the inhabitants of the area that helps arthritis and rheumatism, the cave the Embrasure where fossils of giant sloths of approximately 8 thousand years, the cave the snail that has an internal waterfall that generates a river of water crystalline, the Escuillas cave where a Guane indigenous cemetery was found, among other; and that this brand design finally ends up benefiting the community in the defense and use of these natural resources.

    This project is carried out in order to analyze the digital promotion of travel agencies through the platforms and web pages of the countries with the most potential in the sector tourist, where you can find Spain, France, the United States, Mexico and Brazil. In order to make a comparison that allows knowing in what state the find the digital promotion of travel agencies in Colombia. In this way, The main travel agencies in each of the selected countries were searched and identified the platforms and web pages that are implemented in each of the travel agency. Based on the above, the platforms were evaluated and analyzed digital through the methodologies, Emica, WCA, Fanpage and Chaid (Tree of decisions).
