Sede Bogotá., ) Medina Chacón, Joan Sebastián; Moyano Pinilla, Catalina; Reyes Gil, Rosa EugeniaIn this documment, the main environmental impacts in the supply chain of the Home Medical Group SAS company, importer of medical equipment in Bogotá, are diagnosed, proposing measures for its treatment and academic recommendations to the organization to generate added value both environmental and business. It was proposed to diagnose the main environmental impacts associated with the company's supply chain and to achieve this objective, the company's international physical distribution and supply chain was illustrated, in order to identify the environmental impacts in each logistic and In this way, propose measures to face the identified impacts. This is a documentary investigation developed as a monograph-type document, in which the primary information derived from the company was collected and analyzed, as well as bibliographic information from web pages, related literature, and sector databases. The main environmental impacts associated with the company's supply chain were identified as mining exploitation, air pollution, marine pollution and solid waste pollution. To mitigate these impacts, measures were identified such as the implementation of reverse logistics and virtualization of the processes at each stage of the supply chain; as well as the contracting of suppliers that guarantee the IMO 2020 as a business policy based on the environmental sanctioning regime. It is concluded that the supply chain of Home Medical Group SAS is polluting in each of its stages; However, there are several options to counteract these impacts and that the company can implement with low monetary investment, in order to be recognized as a highly environmentally friendly company and demonstrate it in each of its processes.
