Sede Bogotá., ) Rincón Badillo, Rita Rubiela; Sánchez Hernández, Olga Yamile; Uribe, Ginna Esmeralda; Valencia Díaz, Silva Alba Lucia; Claudia, ClaudiaThe objective of this project was to strengthen the Reading Plan of the Institution District Educational Institution Marco Antonio Carreño Silva, from the implementation of ICT in fourth grade students of primary school morning. Through the implementation of ICT, we wanted to promote the Reading Plan of the educational center, allowing the educational community to easily access online activities and the appropriation of technological tools, through the implementation of web 2.0, as a pedagogical strategy to promote the love of reading, with short, enjoyable readings, close to their reality, motivating and improve writing with dictations, video - evaluations, exercises of spelling, among others. The project contemplated two phases: in phase I of pilot type, a survey was applied to determine the knowledge of the students in ICT and a page is recommended interactive website, where online activities were proposed as a strategy teaching to promote reading and writing in fourth grade students from elementary school. In phase II, the initial web page is evaluated by means of a evaluation survey of a website in which aspects such as: content, functionality and the graphic part; addressed to parents teachers and a group of students with basic computer skills. Taking into account the observations of the respondents, it was redesigned and modified the website for the subsequent implementation of the WEB READING PLAN. A web page is proposed in a visually attractive way for the child, providing clear, concrete and short concepts of a topic, using files that will allow you to interact, such as documents to complete either in text or audio, handling colors font and size that are motivating against the suggested work, as well as audio files where it is clearly perceived both the content and the messages to be transmitted. Expected meet the expectations created around this work proposal and provide pedagogically the knowledge and experience so that around the community to which it was directed, the short and long-term contributions are evidenced of this reader implementation.
