Por esta razón, este artículo propone la aproximación a un modelo de categorización de indicadores de capacidades de innovación para Instituciones de Educación Superior, así como su relación con procesos de transfe-rencia del conocimiento, a partir de la generación y clasificación de indicadores a nivel de recursos y rutinas necesarias que permi-tan la gestión de la función de transferencia universitaria hacia el entorno. Está basado en su capacidad de incidir en el desarrollo empresarial desde una perspectiva de gestión del conocimiento.

Sede Bogotá., ) Ochoa Cónguta, Claudia Elena; Rodríguez Cifuentes, David Mauricio; Sánchez Rodríguez, Santos Fernando; Suárez Castro, Ruth MilenaThis research entitled: Follow-up of verbal and written instructions through directed play in the second grade of the Dominican Republic School, addressed the lack of follow-up of instructions by the participants, who presented difficulties in listening, understanding and processing the instructions given by the teachers. This problem was visualized through the characterization applied to the sample. From this perspective, the general objective was: To promote the following of verbal and written instructions by means of directed play, strengthening attention in the second grade students of the Dominican Republic School. In order to formulate the hypothesis of the process and evaluate the emerging findings, a qualitative approach with action research was considered. Some instruments to collect data and record the effects of the implementation stage were semi-structured surveys answered by parents, teachers and students, direct observation and the researchers' diary in which they recorded significant findings. As a relevant ludic strategy, human chess was chosen, with specific instructions given to 40 students of grade 201 as a sample of the participating population, in order to comply with the objectives and the general purpose of this research. In conclusion, the data obtained were analyzed and the emerging findings showed that the implementation of directed games contributes to the development of students' attention, in order to maintain longer periods of concentration. In general, the relationship between the theory proposed by the authors and the positive impact of applying it for educational purposes was shown.

Sede Bogotá., ) Besinger Martínez, Eriberto Carlos; Cabarcas Padilla, Belkis Marta; Suárez Castro, Ruth MilenaThe following research is based on the development of Emotional Intelligence using the Dialogue Communities as strategy in 3rd grade children of the San José Educational Institution in Monteria, Córdoba. The investigation used a qualitative research approach and a socio – critical research paradigm, a critical – reflective method and action research. The main objective of the proposal was the development of emotional intelligence in 3rd grade children, to favor the processes of integral formation of the students by providing tools for communication of emotions and self – regulation of these by developing emotional competencies. In the first phase of the research, a diagnostic workshop was used as an instrument, consisting of an interview and two didactic activities that allowed us to discover how children identified emotions and how handle them in different situation in their lives. For the intervention phase, four dialogue communities were proposed as mediating resource, a space for reflection and the way of reacting to them and consequence after that, was a new way to facing each emotion. The proposal presented was evaluated through the application of an initial interview and the collection of the testimonies of the subject of the research, with an open dialogue between the teacher and the students with the intention of receive information and data allow specifying the incidence of the pedagogical strategy about the children´s emotional intelligence and their learning needs.
