Sede Bogotá., ) Guerrero Cuero, Lorena; Penagos Mosquera, Ingrid Paola; Diaz Gómez, Darwin AndrésThis Master’s research aims to favor the Zone of Proximal Development of children from 3 to 5 years old, based on the design of a didactic sequence as part of a teacher training plan. For this, in the first step, it is carried out the characterization and analysis of the didactic strategies of the educators of the El Señor de los Milagros Child Development Center, for which a qualitative methodology and a descriptive approach were used supported by techniques such as semi structured interviews with eleven (11) teachers and observations in the learning classrooms. This research demonstrates, among other results, that the classroom projects, the pedagogical corners and the assemblies are the guiding activities in the learning classrooms, where teachers use different artistic expressions and the ethnic and cultural belonging becomes relevant. In addition, it is evidenced the use of pedagogical elements with didactic, reusable and technological materials, the use of constructivist pedagogical models and differential perspectives are perceptible that are used by educators to foster environments and spaces for autonomous and collaborative learning based on inquiry, exploration and prior knowledge. All this, taking into account an intentional pedagogical planning, with what they intend sensory, motor, cognitive stimulation, the strengthening of affective bonds, the internalization of values, norms and social interaction in boys and girls.
