Sede Bogotá., ) Cabezas Carpio, Yenny Liliana; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaReading is a fundamental component for human development, and in first grade students of the Santa Fe Educational Institution, it was possible to demonstrate difficulties in achieving reading competence, as a result of participate irregularly in education in virtual modality during the school year 2021, with the aggravating circumstance that some children were not in school, affecting thus the development of the competences of that degree. The overall goal of This research work is to strengthen the initial reading processes in the first grade students of I. E. Santa Fe, based on strategies playful -didactic, for this it became necessary in the first measure, to know the students' learning styles in order to design strategies that favor their initial reading process, since the development of competence reader enables the student to access knowledge of the different areas and allows you to advance in the construction of your life project. The focus of This research work is qualitative, under the research design action. The most important results, in the first place, it was possible to find the styles of learning presented by students, which have a composition average of 30% visual, 15% auditory, 25% kinesthetic and 30% reading and writing; the Second, it is evidenced in an opportunity for improvement so that teachers can appropriate significant pedagogical practices and therefore is reflected in better ways to facilitate infant learning; the third, focuses on the implementation of the pedagogical proposal Look, see! Read my story, which proposes a series of activities that seek to stimulate the different channels perceptive visual, kinesthetic, auditory, reader - writer provoking in the students interest, motivation and inclusion in the teaching process – early reading learning.
