Sede Bogotá., ) Algarin Castro, Julieth Esther; Alonso Gonzáles, Julián AndrésThe development of this project was carried out with the purpose of integrating with the strategies of playful pedagogy, seeks to generate a significant impact on knowing how to be, working in the people dynamically socio-emotional aspects which are crucial in performance of personal relationships. The intentions of the project were devised from the difficulties that have been presented in the company in relation to the execution, monitoring and evaluation of the training provided to the workers there. Which were given because the trainings are approached masterfully, they do not have dynamic mechanisms that do not show an impact on employees' motivation and participation. For such purposes, the goal of the project is the design of a training improvement plan virtual in socio-emotional skills, in the operational staff of the LSG company, therefore that, firstly, both internal and external factors are identified in the execution of the training carried out in the company, as well as determining the organizational climate in the labor relations, in order to identify skills training needs socioemotional The central aspect that was understood in this research is the relevance of the role of organizational psychology, this plays an important role, because with the processes of training that are executed in it, impacts productivity, the organizational climate and the being in his individuality. In addition, it was evidenced that giving more relevance to skills socio-emotional within a company can promote psychological aspects since they favor emotionally, mentally and socially to the collaborators. In this sense, it is highlighted that consider the relationship with other related variables such as the promotion of mental health, because in the relationship dynamics and in the work routine itself, emotions can be provoked positive that help build resources that impact life satisfaction, including work and life. Finally, it is important to consider that, currently, the challenge faced by organizations is based on guaranteeing the personal and labor development of the collaborators, in order to increase efficiency, the correct, valuable and timely achievement of all objectives established within the organization.
