The student population ranges from 12 to 20 years of age. That is why we choose a vulnerable population that has a clearer point of view, regarding with the proposed objectives. One part of the populations has a peasant origin, which could be perceived to have less problems than the first and second urban populations. We started with identifying the population characteristics under study with a high number of displaced people coming from the Colombian Pacific region. This population has the marks of abandonment and violence. After that, we elaborated surveys for eleven teachers, a principal, twenty parents and twenty-two students. This information was tabulated and analyzed with the purpose to elaborate an intervention proposal that could give tangible results. The intervention has singing, expression, painting drawing and creation workshops. This proposal was well received by the by the population it is expected that that the workshops of this project continue in the school population. It is necessary that this kind of projects have a lot of support from the community. The level of commitment from parents. Students, schoolteachers and others make the difference between failure and success.
- ÍtemArte escénico en la escuela como aporte a la paz y la resolución pacífica de conflictosSilva Álvarez, Carlos Joaquín; Chambueta López, Gloria Yolanda; Flórez Rodríguez, Yuli Katherín; ., .The objective of the research project was to reinforce the scenic art in the school, as a contribution to peace and the peaceful resolution of conflicts with the students of the second grade of the elementary school Nicolás Gómez Dávila, located in Ciudad Bolívar, in the city of Bogotá, because children between the ages of 7 and 9 had shown aggressive attitudes and had resolved their conflicts in a violent way. For the design of this pedagogical proposal it was necessary to investigate the problem, through surveys made to students, parents and teachers, in order to identify the possible causes that have generated violence in children in their school environment. The sample was made with 10 students, belonging to the course 201 that attend to the afternoon session. The present proposal of pedagogical intervention is focused from two conceptions: The body as a social construction and the importance of corporal and scenic expression as a form of interpersonal communication, in the school environment. The student would be able to develop a new critical, analytical and sensitive view of itself, its environment and its relationship with his peers, through body language, framed within a ludic, playful environment, allowing the involved children to reach a level of disinhibition and also let them develop true exercise of coexistence and social and cultural growth. It is concluded that through the pedagogical proposal, the students managed to explore their imagination and rediscover their sensitivity, through body language workshops. Likewise, it helped to create an environment of respect and peaceful coexistence, accepting the differences of each of the members of their environment.

The theoretical frame was supported in the creativity, the artistic expressions and the population of children and teenagers with Educational Special Needs or NEE in Spanish. For the design of the pedagogical proposal we apply the observation of the sample as reference, polls applied to parents and teachers and entities that give us the needed information in order to make a diagnosis of thedpmain in the learning processthat are being implemented with the (boys, girls and teenagers) with autism, and in this way to implement formative tools in whichthe art act as MEDIATOR OF THE MOTOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN BOYS, GIRLS AND TEENAGERS WITH AUTISM and in this way improve their live quality. The sample of study was constituted by an equipment of interdisciplinary work shaped by specialists in special education, teachers of art, executives of governmental and not governmental institutions who work with autism people.

The project arises from the need of the children of the Garden in mention for becoming visible within a community, in this case the educational one since they perceive themselves as ignorant people who still do not have the criteria to initiate conversations. because of their young age and that they must submit to what the adults indicate and they can only speak when they authorize them and say what the adult wants to hear. The intervention addresses the type and Qualitative research, under a focus determined by the Participatory Action Research involving children, their parents and the teachers of the Garden. The activities addressed consist of reflection workshops for fathers and mothers, integration activities among the members of the community, spaces for creation and expression from free drawing by children, socialization of perceptions, reflections and pedagogical strategies between teachers and process monitoring of the different participating agents.
- ÍtemEstrategia pedagógica para sensibilizar a la comunidad de Manrique (Medellín), en la protección de las fuentes hídricasÁlvarez Escobar, María Patricia; ., .Due to the contamination of the water sources, there is an environmental problem that afflicts the community of Manrique, located in the northeastern zone of urban Medellín; In order to learn more about this situation, the collection of primary data and observations on these natural resources was made to establish a diagnosis; it was evidenced that they present high contamination by solid residues, agrochemical products and wastewater discharge, affecting the resource source of life and the quality of life of the community, especially that living in the area of influence of the streams. The intervention proposal adopted the participatory action research approach and the pedagogical strategy environmental culture as a means for the protection of water sources. The premise of the approach is the participation of the communities in the knowledge of the realities of their natural context, the generation of solutions to their needs, to be self-managing; In this way, the communities of Manrique will be able to protect and care for water sources and obtain a better quality of life.

The theoretical framework is argued in two categories: artistic strategies and their relation to the learning of cultural identity. For the development of the artistic pedagogical proposal was taken as references the application of surveys to students, parents and teachers; with the purpose of detecting possible causes of the problem. The study sample was constituted by 25 tenth grade students in adolescence between 15 and 18 years old, from different origins and races of the Félix Henao Botero del Barrio Educational Institution: Caicedo Medellin Colombia. It can be concluded that through artistic learning strategies students strengthened their cultural identity, it generating in them sensitivity and improvement of attitudes towards their traditions and their history.

The theoretical framework was supported in two axes of analysis the art and development of social skills. You will find important information regarding the study of motivation and art in education for the emotional growth of the individual; highlighting Vygotsky as one of the pioneers in the defense of art as a training potential. Also information about the importance of art in the preschool age from the different artistic languages taking into account the different contexts of development. This process is oriented towards the type of Participatory Action research (IAP), which allows us to investigate the problem detected in an open and descriptive way, taking into account the various factors and contexts in which this problem is developed, giving an interpretation to the event, allowing a personal and subjective view of it. In the development of the pedagogical proposal, surveys were applied to teachers and parents, field observation to students, in order to detect possible causes of the aforementioned problem. The proposal of intervention was given the name of "dreams of colors" where it seeks to provide a methodology and implement and apply 4 playful strategies in order to improve interpersonal relationships between children, involving artistic possibilities and what you are They provide in terms of body and verbal expression, imagination and creativity that occurs in this type of socialization.

Based on some type of surveys applied to the parents of the students and some teachers of the Institution, two fundamental facts are concluded, the first one that the theme of the Muisca Culture is scarce among the parents; although dominated by teachers and the second, there is a need to recover oral tradition as a method of family teaching in order to socialize regional and / or national history. The sample was constituted with 24 students from the Transition Degree of Bernardo Jaramillo School I.E.D., from the municipality of Bogotá, department of Cundinamarca. Colombia. The results obtained after the process with the artistic, pedagogical and ludic strategies, is the familiarization of the students with the painter and the work of Paul Klee, being an enjoyable subject for the students, encouraging and improving the handling of some techniques that used this , on the other hand the discovery in the children and the recovery of knowledge in the parents, on the Muisca Culture.

For this reason the project is questioned with the question "How can the intervention strategy of the risk management committee improve the disposal of solid waste in the college of the Libre University? For this reason it is proposed as a general objective "to foment the responsible environmental culture through pedagogical strategies that allow the environmental education to be mainstreamed in the School through proper management of solid waste. And to achieve the proposed purposes the project was based on qualitative research, which I use as a methodology in its development the systematization of the pedagogical exercise that has been developed in the College of the Libre University during the years 2016 to 2018, in the theme of management, disposal and storage of solid waste, using a methodology of awareness in the management and disposal of solid waste. For this, the daily events that took place in the institution were taken as the main tool and it was approached from each of the areas of knowledge with the purpose of generating change in the environmental care culture. In this way the project is structured in five chapters as well. Chapter One. Where can we find the design of the proposal, Chapter Two. It shows us the reference framework on the general subject of responsible management of solid waste, followed by Chapter Three. That makes a description of the methodological design on which the project was based. v Finally, Chapter Four. In which is presented the methodological proposal of pedagogical intervention and Chapter Five the conclusions. I hope that this work becomes a pedagogical consultation tool for teachers and students to develop skills and strengthen the culture of responsible management of solid waste for the conservation of the environment.

Factors such as fights, bad friendships and drugs. The legal framework focuses on the following rules: Political Constitution of Colombia, general education law, guidelines for artistic education, rights of children and adolescents, general concepts of drugs, classification and risks and their dependence. For the design of this artistic proposal, the application of 21 surveys to students, 10 to parents and 6 to adolescents was taken into account, in order to identify one of the possible causes of the problem. It is concluded that through this pedagogic artistic proposal of graphic expression, visual arts and visual communication, the students decreased the indices of aggression, strengthened the values, improved the coexistence, aggressiveness, the communication. Participation and socialization through teamwork achieving greater interest in cultural, artistic and academic activities.

- ÍtemPropuesta pedagógica para articular procesos educativos y ambientales en la IERD Simón Bolívar.Castañeda Pachón, Ricardo; ., .In the design of the pedagogical proposal to articulate educational and environmental processes around the needs of the Simón Bolívar EERD community, qualitative research seeks to generate a support instrument through the contribution of information, ideas and proposals of the community, while the research teacher is an analytical observer of the process, to subsequently condense into a useful instrument all the results obtained, this research is located within the research focus called Action-Participatory Research (IAP). For this investigation, the diagnostic stage is worked, which tries to collect general and specific information about the needs of the population of the Faracias village and that are part of the educational community of the Simon Bolivar IERD. The first phase of the diagnosis starts from the observation that allowed us to visualize different problems and the application of surveys to teachers, students and parents, in addition to obtaining general data available locally and allowing a better approach to environmental problems. The second phase is the processing of the information obtained that resulted as a result: about 83% of the respondents call attention to participate in environmental improvement projects such as solid waste management and school environmental committee, thus showing interest in these issues. Within the problem was found the misuse of water resources and dumping of sewage as the most relevant, these issues were also found in the document of the development plan of the municipality of Lenguazaque (PDM 2012 - 2015) which proposes to develop and implement programs of education and environmental awareness aimed at the management of water 7 resources and solid waste, through the establishment of 4 PROCEDAS, with support from CAR and support for 4 PRAES in the rural sector. To allow the fulfillment of the objectives set out in each strategy of the pedagogical proposal "Faracias al natural". PEPA methodology is proposed (Ask, Explore, Produce and Apply) that allows the researcher and the other participants to raise concerns, collect information and build knowledge from experiences and individual and collective memory.

The strategy aims to identify the functional link between Art and Play, using ICTs in the acquisition of knowledge and learning methods, recognizing them as invaluable tools in artistic training processes and also as vehicles for dissemination and socialization of classroom work. The development of the methodological strategy is based on the interaction of the student with the avant-garde foundations of art in a playful way, to access enriching spaces that intertwine the culture, the social reality and the universalizing consciousness of art with the other areas of knowledge.

- ÍtemLas TIC y su impacto en la propuesta de enseñanza virtual para el área de Media del Colegio Codema, una plataforma del saberPáez Cortés, Wilson Julio; ., .The present work considers the use of digital tools - such as web and social networks - in the school processes with young people of the tenth and eleventh grades at the Codema School. The virtual work strategy, through a digital platform in the Middle Education program, is a creative and transformative alternative to school practices that aims to develop autonomous work, streamline the use of resources installed in the institution and fill gaps of space in a program that requires 10 additional hours of work against the day. It is part of the articulation process of secondary education with higher education, promoted by the Secretary of Education of Bogotá D.C. and that guarantees young people the start of higher education processes from the baccalaureate, clarifying their future options in the academic and labor fields. It is a project, tending to build the work platform and virtual classrooms, and which seeks new forms of relationship between young people, between teachers and young people and of each other with knowledge, approaching other forms of access to information to give them a creative and formative use that generate new learning environments to transform the school reality. The work gathers the interests of the institution, parents, students and teachers and ends with the design of a platform that will be implemented in school processes, in middle school, grades ten and eleven, in the next years.
