| dc.description.abstract | El artículo se elabora en el marco del proyecto de investigación «Nocionessociales que sobre justicia construyen niños y niñas de colegios oficiales de lalocalidad de Kennedy», con la finalidad de conocer, comprender e interpretarlos conceptos que sobre justicia social se han construido. Su estructura presen-ta cinco partes, en las que se evidencia el desarrollo histórico del concepto apartir de los aportes iniciales a la noción de justicia; se toma como punto dereferencia el ordenamiento social para poder comprenderlo desde lo jurídico ydesde la justicia, para finalmente entrar a las nociones de justicia, validez yeficacia en Norberto Bobbio, que son los tres criterios a los que se debe someteruna norma; igualmente se emiten las conclusiones teniendo en cuenta su vi-gencia en el marco de la justicia en Colombia, los aportes que desde lo pedagó-gico se pueden rescatar y los criterios de valoración de la norma.https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The article is elaborated in the framework of the research project «Social notionsabout justice built by boys and girls from official schools in the town of KennedyDistrict» with the purpose of knowing, understanding and interpreting theconcepts of social justice that have been constructed. Its structure presents fiveparts in which the historical development of the concept is evidenced from theinitial contributions to the notion of justice; the social order is taken as a pointof reference in order to understand the social and legal order and the socialorder and justice and finally to enter into the notions of fairness, validity andefficacy in Norberto Bobbio, which are the three criteria of validity to which astandard must be submitted; likewise, the conclusions are issued taking intoaccount their validity in the framework of justice in Colombia, the contributionsthat can be rescued from the pedagogical point of view and the evaluationcriteria of the norm. | spa |
