dc.descriptionEl presente Trabajo de grado tiene como objeto, estudiar la viabilidad económica, social y administrativa para la puesta en marcha de una compañía de instalación de sistemas de seguridad domiciliaria, como INSTALSEGURITY S.A.S, para desarrollar sus actividades, identificando las oportunidades de negocio que brinda la ciudad de Bogotá para que la empresa pueda desempeñar sus actividades de forma perdurable, dadas las actuales condiciones, para satisfacer las necesidades de protección de clientes reales y potenciales. Se encontrará divido por capítulos dónde se dará a conocer las generalidades de la compañía como la estructura organizacional, la evaluación financiera, el marco normativo los servicios brindados, su estructura, y todo lo que se debe saber acerca de la compañía. En el capítulo uno se presenta todo acerca de la innovación del proyecto, innovación en mejoras y en diseño del plan de servicios, la innovación es lo que hará de la empresa algo novedoso en el mercado. En el segundo capítulo se encontrará todo lo relacionado con mercado, como los objetivos, servicios prestados, la percepción de los clientes a través de encuestas de indagación, oferta actual y potencial, oferta y demanda del servicio. Por su parte el capítulo tres muestra el diagnóstico de la estructura, canales y estrategias de distribución y comunicación, herramientas de distribución, análisis y estrategias de precios, publicidad y promoción del servicio, a su vez el capítulo cuatro contiene la imagen de la compañía, el logo imagen, logo tipo, la estructura organizacional, los cargos y sus funciones y los riesgos laborales asumidos por la organización En los capítulos siguientes se encuentra el mercado objetivo y el nido del mercado, el mercado meta y las ventajas competitivas que puede tener INSTALSEGURTY S.A.S. así como el análisis financiero los ingresos y egresos, gastos y costos, y sus estados financieros, la inversión a realizar y el retorno de la misma, así como las obligaciones financieras a adquirir. Para finalizar se encuentra el marco legal y social del proyecto, las validaciones técnicas, financieras y comerciales, así como la gestión de la calidad, las conclusiones del trabajo realizado, la bibliografía utilizada y los anexos en los cuales se encuentra la encuentra realizada y el análisis financiero de la organización. En este proyecto se presentan análisis de diferentes aspectos importantes de tener en cuenta para la puesta en marcha de una compañía. Todo con el fin de reflejar de viabilidad del proyecto y contar con elementos suficientes para llevarlo a cabo.spa
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this Degree Work is to study the economic, social and administrative feasibility of setting up a home security system installation company, such as INSTALSEGURITY S.A.S, to develop its activities, identifying the business opportunities offered by the city of Bogota so that the company can carry out its activities in an enduring way, given the current conditions, to satisfy the protection needs of actual and potential clients. You will find yourself divided into chapters where the generalities of the company will be revealed, such as the organizational structure, the financial evaluation, the regulatory framework, the services provided, its structure, and everything that should be known about the company. In chapter one, everything is presented about the innovation of the project, innovation in improvements and in the design of the service plan, innovation is what will make the company something new in the market. In the second chapter you will find everything related to the market, such as the objectives, services provided, the perception of customers through inquiry surveys, current and potential offer, supply and demand of the service. On the other hand, chapter three shows the diagnosis of the structure, distribution and communication channels and strategies, distribution tools, analysis and pricing strategies, advertising and promotion of the service, in turn chapter four contains the image of the company, the image logo, type logo, the organizational structure, the positions and their functions and the occupational risks assumed by the organization In the following chapters you will find the target market and the market nest, the target market and the competitive advantages that INSTALSEGURTY S.A.S. as well as the financial analysis of the income and expenses, expenses and costs, and their financial statements, the investment to be made and the return thereof, as well as the financial obligations to be acquired.
