dc.description	En el Sector Empresarial, el aspecto Social, Económico, Administrativo y hoy en día con más auge el Sector Ecológico y Ambiental por la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, determinan su marcha y desarrollo. En el primero, el personal actúa como el recurso más valioso de la organización; el segundo incide en la producción, desarrollo y progreso; en el tercero las actividades y acciones están enfocadas a la obtención de los objetivos de la empresa y el último y no porque sea el menos importante, el Sector Ambiental, ha venido cobrando gran relevancia en el ámbito empresarial, pues hoy en día se conciben las empresas como aquellos entes que, además de producir o prestar servicios, también se muestran interesados por proteger el medio ambiente cada vez más en deterioro, y así como éstas, existen también organizaciones que se han preocupado por el buen mantenimiento medioambiental y por hacer cumplir normas y reglas, que tienen que ver con el cuidado del medio ambiente del cual diariamente nos servimos. Ahora bien, el proyecto de investigación presentado, fue realizado en específico en la Empresa Agroindustrial del Riofrío Ltda. Ésta basa su trabajo en la producción, comercialización y posterior exportación de Flores, específicamente el Pompón. Sin embargo, Riofrío Ltda. ha establecido alianzas estratégicas con cultivadores menores a los que les compra la flor de excelente calidad para la elaboración de bouquets, en razón a que la empresa no alcanza a cubrir toda la demanda de los distintos productos. A continuación, se presentará de manera enfática todo lo relacionada con el proceso de producción de la planta, todo lo que esto conlleva, las repercusiones al medio y la exportación del producto.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In the Business Sector, the Social, Economic, Administrative aspect and today with more boom the Ecological and Environmental Sector for Corporate Social Responsibility, determine its progress and development. In the first, the staff acts as the most valuable resource of the organization; the second affects production, development and progress; in the third, the activities and actions are focused on obtaining the objectives of the company and the last and not because it is the least important, the Environmental Sector, has been gaining great relevance in the business field, because today the companies such as those entities that, in addition to producing or providing services, are also interested in protecting the increasingly deteriorating environment, and like these, there are also organizations that have been concerned about good environmental maintenance and enforcing standards and rules, which have to do with the care of the environment that we use daily. However, the research project presented, was specifically carried out in the Agroindustrial Enterprise of Riofrío Ltda. It bases its work on the production, marketing and subsequent export of Flowers, specifically the Pompon. However, Riofrío Ltda. Has established strategic alliances with smaller growers from whom it buys the flower of excellent quality for the elaboration of bouquets, due to the fact that the company does not cover all the demand for the different products. Then, everything related to the production process of the plant, all that this entails, the repercussions on the environment and the export of the product will be presented emphatically.	spa
