From this population, 12 seventh grade students are taken as a sample, the proposal of intervention is structured in three progressive phases that range from understanding the problem to the creation of reflective spaces. Through this ludic-pedagogical strategy, we seek address students' demotivation and risk of dropping out of school, promoting connection between their education and their life project, and motivating them to persevere in their preparation educational. In the initial phase, a diagnosis was proposed to identify the causes of demotivation and possible school dropout, observation was proposed, with the aim of understanding in depth the reasons behind their behavior and attitude in the school environment. This phase focuses on obtain a clear view of the difficulties and challenges faced by these students, allowing a more precise understanding of the problem. In Phase 2: Preparatory (Development of Playful-Pedagogical Strategy) Once the underlying causes of demotivation have been identified, the phase begins. preparatory. Here, a ludic-pedagogical strategy is designed that focuses on the dimension vocational of students. The objective is for students to understand their values, virtues, talents, gifts and develop a meaningful life project. And finally Phase 3: Reflective (Creation of Reflection Spaces) The reflective phase focuses on the creation of spaces within the educational establishment that invite students to reflect on their education and their future. These spaces are designed with the purpose of motivating students, emphasizing the importance of investing in their education as integral part of your life project.

Which allows the different areas of knowledge to be mainstreamed, improving teaching and facilitating learning, motivation and interest of students through play and carrying out different activities that enhance their knowledge, starting from everyday life problems for the obtaining meaningful learning that promotes a participatory, collaborative and inclusive work space, taking into account that one of the difficulties that is most evident in the classroom is the lack of motivation and interest of the students when developing their curricular activities, which which leads to school dropout. For this reason, we seek to ensure that this initiative captivates in a positive way the attention of second grade students between the ages of 7 and 8, from the Mellito Rural Educational Center at the Alto Rosario headquarters in the municipality of Necoclí in the Antioch's Department. Taking into account the context that is presented there with different family, social, economic and educational situations that directly affect the boys and girls of this institution.

The educational intervention project is directly related to the rural environment and their living conditions, thus, in the first stage; which is the exploration phase, important concepts are taken into account such as: little family support, little presence of the state, family conflicts, children in the care of stepfathers and stepmothers, divorced mothers and fathers, among others related to the Marco Fidel Suarez Educational Institution educational headquarters the improvement of the municipality of Casabianca Tolima. In the research phase, the project aims to determine the effect that the pedagogical instrument has in terms of motivating and reducing school dropouts, so that it allows consolidating human relationships between people and students to contribute to comprehensive academic training processes. Then, in the production phase with the execution of the project, we want to detect the possible causes why parents, stepfathers and caregivers act with these behaviors of domestic violence, the consequences that lead their children and caregivers to desert the school. educational system in the educational headquarters improves it, in the same way discovering why they decide to look for other negative ways of life, forgetting that there are other alternatives or pedagogical methodologies that will help them overcome those barriers and improve those unwanted social behaviors, it is so that everything This is projected from the context of the Educational Institution in question, the families or caregivers and the students, with a main objective that is to strengthen social relationships between people and mitigate school dropouts at the educational headquarters.
