Sede Bogotá., ) Yánez López, Andrés Felipe; Martelo, Ana Carolina de la Rosa; Alonso Gonzalez, Julián AndrésOne of the main problems in education, from remote times and today has been school dropout, giving rise to adolescents, youth and adults for for certain reasons decide to drop out of school, leaving gaps in their life projects, in relations with their relatives, among others. For this reason, education by cycles is considered one of the most recommended to give continuity to this academic process, involving flexibility, possibilities of advancement in grades, and moderately regulated costs and in the best of cases, contextualized to the situations or realities of the community. This project gives an account of the qualitative investigative process that will be carried out I finish with adolescents, young people and adults, linked to the Atenas Educational Institution attached to the SEM of Montería, who fulfills his functions as a pedagogical operator in the education services by cycles. It will work from an action-research approach, which which will allow us to identify not only the factors that affect the current significance they have students, recognizing the importance of not only providing academic training but also also pedagogical that contributes to their personal strengthening, through the creation and development of strategies oriented from the playful as a fundamental pillar to transform and motivate the signification process that is intended to be achieved. Once the factors have been identified main factors that affect the process and that need to be strengthened within the proper meaning of life, they will work through phases, responding to recreational activities, designed and oriented to achieve the objective correlated in a work schedule. The recreational activities will be developed in space and extra time of the activities curricular, in addition, they will have a determined duration and each one will have an objective in that allows to develop the aims of the pedagogical intervention.
