Sede Bogotá., ) Villalba Salas, Rafael Antonio; Ibáñez Velandia, Aura YanethThe proposal was designed to sensitize teaching strategies for the responsible management of solid waste in the educational institution Madre Amalia de Sincelejo Sucre, with the purpose of generating sensitivity to regulate and control the proper management of such waste in the school setting. The above was motivated due to the problem presented on the disposal of waste such as plastic paper, cardboard paper, juice and soda containers, peels and fruit seeds; that they were thrown out daily by the students without a management in the different spaces of the educational community and that it became a problem in the environment. Therefore, the intervention proposal was designed based on participatory action strategies, which seeks in the students of the sixth grade attitudes and intervention roles in the solution to the problem through individual activities and teamwork and accompaniment by part of the professors of the area of natural sciences and environment of the degree object intended in intervention. For the consolidation of the proposal, the corresponding observations, adjustments and re-feeding were completed; This contributed to the consolidation of awareness-raising strategies that motivated the strengthening of the culture of proper management of solid waste in the school. In that sense, the proposal for disciplinary intervention was developed, based on the research line of the University: Evaluation, learning and teaching, consolidated from the following phases: awareness-raising activities, diagnosis, interactive workshops based on the use of ICT, for the creation of improvement agreements, creation of spaces for intermediate storage of waste recipients; which allowed leadership, awareness and responsibility in students regarding the proper management of solid waste in the school setting.
