Sede Bogotá., ) Arévalo Prado, Maylin Yesneira; Villa Pérez, Sammy Leonardo; Barbosa León, Sergio Andrés; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThe proposal of this pedagogical project seeks to design a playful strategy for the use of free time for high school students of the El Aserrío Educational Institution, based on the importance of physical activity in health, in the development and growth of children. And young people, in the same way it allows them to move away from a sedentary lifestyle. For this reason, it is very useful for the community, specifically for the institution, since it offers alternatives to create healthy spaces in young people, and will also allow mainstreaming with the academic areas and the healthy lifestyle project that is oriented in the institutions. This pedagogical project is based on the methodological design with a qualitative approach, which allowed the collection of information necessary for the identification of the problem situation, and the action research based on the phases mentioned by Serrano for the development of an investigation, with which a questionnaire and focus groups were used as an instrument to respond to the objectives proposed in the project. It is intended with this pedagogical project to include the ludic oriented in the practices of dance and crafts as a fundamental strategy of physical, social, emotional development in students, thus seeking to contribute to the improvement of creativity, self-confidence and good interpersonal relationships; also improve the learning process in students, increasing participation, interest and motivation in the classroom. In this way, it is necessary to design playful strategies in educational intuitions, particularly in the El Aserrío Educational Institution in order to promote a healthy and happy education.
