It consists of observing the dynamics of interaction and cooperative work presented in the classroom, of the children of the course 103 of the National Pedagogical Institute, later Implementing some art activities, by means, to strengthen the emotionalities presented in the collective work and finally use the art as a tool for reflection and the strengthening of children's abilities through collective construction. In this way, we will be able to recognize emotions and their way through art.

Few understand the relationship exist between each other, highlighting that mental health and the management of emotions transcends the fact that children manage to articulate healthy practices as routines throughout their lives. The proposal of intervention addressed within this specialization, the objective was to implement a virtual learning object, which will strengthen healthy habits and emotions in the children of 101 of the National Pedagogical Institute. The selected methodology was framed within a qualitative approach, and as stages development of the exercise proceeded as the first aspect to inquire into the students through a diagnosis of their pre-knowledge on the subject, followed by the design of the OVA in the tool ExeLearning, which was nourished by various auditory, visual and practical resources; built this, the implementation process was carried out, to end with the evaluation of learning acquired with exercise. In this way, the objectives set were met and it was possible to conclude that children develop more significant learning with the use of ICT tools, in addition to recognizing the importance of the emotional for the construction of healthy habits.
