Sede Bogotá., ) Valoyes Bejarano, Alix María; Alonso González, Julián AndrésTo develop this disciplinary intervention proposal, the design of a ludic-pedagogical strategy to strengthen the knowledge in mathematics of students in the ninth grade of the Multipurpose Industrial Technical Educational Institution (IETIM), located in the city of Cali, was considered. This research was carried out under a qualitative approach with the purpose of improving the school performance of the students. In this way, it is considered important to carry out a proposal that includes different activities to achieve the motivation, enthusiasm, and disposition of the group. The strategy is called: Practice-Mathematics; likewise, action research was used as a methodology, accompanied by data collection techniques such as Participant Observation and an initial diagnostic test. The conclusions determined that after applying the intervention in the students, a better performance is obtained in mathematics, since it is linked within the pedagogy developed in the classroom to the ludic component, thus achieving a significant progress in the teaching and learning process.
