Students were characterized in terms of the value of resilience, a pedagogical proposal was proposed, implemented and the impact evaluated. Two variables are worked on: resilience and play. The type of study is mixed, descriptive scope, Action Research. Line of research evaluation, learning and teaching. The sample is 13 third grade students. Within the instruments for the diagnosis, an entrance test, a personal factors of resilience test and a teacher survey are used. For daily monitoring in the field and for evaluation as an exit test, the Test inventory personal factors of resilience test. Theories linked to resilience processes support the need to interact with them and offer emotional rescue when feeling unprotected. Therefore, the construction of affective bonds is the way to strengthen resilience, which is possible to make use of the game. Four workshops were designed for students to strengthen resilience by discovering their qualities based on topics such as self-esteem, autonomy, emotions, among others. This proposal is in accordance with the rights of children and will act as guarantors of their rights, building adequate contexts to perceive themselves as valuable and worthy people.

In order to meet the proposed objectives, in the first instance, the factors that generate social conflicts in adolescents were contextualized, thus finding common aspects such as dysfunctional family nuclei, which mark and condition young people in many cases, leading them to commit criminal acts such as consequence of the lack of affection, affection, accompaniment and good example on the part of their parents. This is how this research, through a descriptive methodology and with a qualitative approach, exposes the reasons why young people have come to commit acts considered criminal by society and for which they are serving resocialization sentences. in institutions like the foundation. In order to identify what led them to this type of situation, three research tools were developed and implemented in which 15 young people belonging to the foundation participated as a first measure, where, through a 35-question Pedagogical and Socio-Emotional Perception survey under the Likert survey model, they were able to freely respond to 6 group factors considered key by researchers such as their self-esteem, self-confidence, life project, emotional intelligence, problem solving and, finally, empathy.
