Sede Bogotá., ) Torres, Nelly Elvira; Chicangana Lopez, ArmandoThe starting point of this research is the plastic arts in two boys and a girl who present neurodevelopmental disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from the Comuneros Norte Children's Garden of the District Secretariat for Social Integration of the Suba Town of the city of Bogota. Taking into account my experience as a teacher during these years, it is observed and identified the potentialities and difficulties in boys and girls in early childhood and in the Kindergarten, it was observed that some teachers find pedagogical strategies that do not cover the entire population, since they do not take into account its diversity or due to ignorance, leaving the process aside. of learning of a boy or girl who presents some neurodevelopmental alteration with autism spectrum disorder and already contemplated in the peer-to-peer strategy of the District Secretary for Social Integration. For this, key behaviors were necessary within their social interaction, among which difficulties were evidenced in communicative interaction represented by the non-understanding of complex instructions, not making eye contact and the short attention spans that it presents in carrying out the activities. in the classroom, for this a pedagogical strategy focused on the plastic arts was implemented, which contributed to the strengthening of communication skills and the development of their artistic expression, thus allowing to respond to the needs not only of the student but also of their classmates. . Finally, through the development of the project, it can be highlighted that early detection of neurodevelopmental disorders or autism spectrum disorder is essential to provide a timely response in order to contribute to the quality of life of children with this condition.
