- ÍtemEducación Inclusiva entre Colonos e indígenas del Vichada.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Tinedo, Alejandro; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThe present investigative development seeks to show that the inclusion in the classrooms department of Vichada is a reality that as the course of the time has increased, showing that in most rural areas there are students indigenous people belonging to different ethnic groups, the best known being the amoruas or the sikuanis and that in accordance with the great educational demand, existing in the department. Spaces are opened for settler students to enjoy access to law to education as required by the 1991 constitution, this presenting difficulties for some teachers of different specialties to achieve a unification in the topics educational, in this way it will be illustrated that inclusion as a pedagogical development would be able to provide real solutions so that a better illustration of the issues is achieved educational and in this way the students assimilate the concepts in a clear and precise. Realizing the right to education requires ensuring that all children, girls and young women have, first of all, access to education, but not to any education but to a quality education with equal opportunities. They are exactly those three elements that define educational inclusion or inclusive education. We could say then, that educational inclusion is consubstantial with the right to education. education or, more definitively, a requirement of the right to education, since that the full exercise of this right implies overcoming all forms of discrimination and educational exclusion. Moving towards inclusion presupposes, therefore, reduce barriers of various kinds that prevent or hinder access, participation 4 and learning, with special attention to the most vulnerable or disadvantaged, as they are the ones most exposed to situations of exclusion and the who most need education, a good education. On the other hand, following the same logic, there could be no quality without inclusion, since, if quality is for all, an indicator or quality factor should be inclusion. This leads us to propose that quality schools by definition should be inclusive, in practice the focus of inclusion is the development of inclusive schools, that welcome all children and respond to the diversity of needs education and characteristics that they present.
