Sede Bogotá., ) Tacan Arteaga, Mary Argenis; Pérez Benítez, Johan HernánIn the I.E San JOSE, Nueva Colombia campus, there are several environmental problems and few contingency plans towards them, within this campus the lack of ecological points, the disposal of organic and inorganic waste, without any type of classification and / or use, which has been generating a culture of waste and inadequate management of solid waste in the educational community, it should be noted that this office has a space for planting, which is not properly used; For this reason, the implementation of an interdisciplinary process of environmental education was proposed, through environmental actions with which it is possible to transform the educational and pedagogical system, in order to introduce the environmental dimension in the culture of the educational population, not in a way theoretical, but in a practical way, thus leading to carry out different activities that allow us to guarantee the integrated management of organic waste and its respective use within a school garden that provides healthy food to the entire student population. The generation of organic waste has become a problem that affects biodiversity, the economy and food security. Biodiversity: because all the waste that comes out of the restaurant pollutes both the soil and the air, and emits CO2 in small quantities, but if it is not controlled from these spaces, it will be stronger every day, helping to degrade the ozone layer and increasing climate change., In addition to the proliferation of insects, rodents causing infections, allergies and diseases within the economy, as is known, the well-known PAE (school feeding program), an organization, which with public funds , takes to the institutions, in this case our headquarters, a food supplement for the children registered within the SIMAT, according to the registration number to the knowledge of the coordinator, it is about giving food to all the students, since they are from strata, 0 and 1, and their parents say that this is of great help, for the economy of their family; Food safety: bad habits make the student waste food; and if this reaches the ears of the PAE committee, fewer places will be left, thus harming not only the student, the family, but also the venue.
