- ÍtemIdentificación del canal perceptual y diseño de contenidos para una prueba intelectiva dirigida a estudiantes universitariosOsorio Naranjo, Jorge Alberto; Taborda Ocampo, Beatriz Eugenia; Nocua Sarmiento, Efraín AlonsoThe purpose of this work is to establish the identification of the perceptual channel in students and the design of contents as a contribution to the structuring of a multimedia tool to support the elaboration of an intellective test within the framework of an institutional project of the Los Libertadores University Foundation. For this purpose, the VARK test was selected, an introspective test that allows determining the sensory preference of people when processing information or educational content. This test is applied to a sample of 131 students, from a population of 3,121, who study transverse academic spaces in the Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Center of the Los Libertadores University Foundation in 2017. On the other hand, the fundamental contents for the structuring of the intellectual test of the institutional research project are provided. For this purpose, the theme of the service was the transportation of people supported on technological platforms such as Uber and Cabify. The content provided is informative material of the selected theme, according to the characteristics of each of the four perceptual channels: An infographic for the visual channel, an audio for the auditory channel, a text for the oral channel and a dynamic canvas for the kinesthetic channel; Likewise, a battery of questions was provided to determine the understanding, for each perceptual channel, of the information that students will receive in the intellective test. For the third component, the calibration process of the intellective test prototype was accompanied, with students who, according to the results of the VARK test, were found as multimodal. It is possible to show that the intellective test is indeed demanding and stressful for the student, which leads him to the selection of the perceptual channel of his domain to perceive the information. The results are motivating to continue the institutional research project in its next stages, strengthening the intellective test, until overcoming the reliability of the VARK introspective test, especially in its subjectivity.
