These studies have focused on avoiding adaptation difficulties and promoting the development of alternatives for the individual in different contexts. Based on the findings evidenced in studies developed with teachers from the Los Ángeles Municipal Education Center (district) of Santa Bárbara (Nariño-Col. department), preschool grade, where their students register ages between 3 and 5 years and reside in a region with certain qualities that identify its inhabitants, it is demonstrated that if it is to optimize its competences, alternatives must be generated that allow that objective in its population. In the present proposal, a survey was applied to teachers of the aforementioned establishment and on these results this proposal is woven by designing a pedagogical tool with a playful approach for each of the initial skills to work. This booklet will allow Preschool grade teachers to work on initial social skills in children, given the importance of this age, in which significant changes occur that can affect the manifestation of difficulties in interaction. It is intended from these social skills, to develop greater and better competencies in order to have a positive impact and are reflected in their adulthood, despite the housing context.
