This restaurant concept is aimed at those people who are interested in health care. RANDOM FOOD will be located in the town of Usaquén, since it is in this area where the greatest gastronomic offer is concentrated and also generates attraction of demand. Additionally, the restaurant's target market is conglomerated in this area of the city. The concept of RANDOM FOOD is to offer the customer a balanced fixed menu and another menu that will change daily, where the daily rotation will be programmed in advance and inform the customers. Each dish will be personalized in terms of the nutritional properties it contains (proteins, vitamins, among others) according to the type of person (gender, weight and height). On the other hand, the company also offers the "Random Service", where the client will select from a list of available ingredients the ones they want and the chef will create a totally personalized and balanced dish that meets the needs of the person.
