Also evidenced by the results a noticeable change in various aspects, including the expression of Karen, both gestural, and communicative and participative intention in the proposed activities, also the aim of fostering an inclusive environment is achieved, in which Karen companions are interested in inclusion in activities, leaving aside the limitation of language, which creates gaps in their communication channel. It is for research conducted interventions, proposed activities, participation and interest of the population that does conclude that the DMT could act as social mediator for inclusion in a very positive way, and besides that enhance communication skills, not only They include verbal language, thus being an enhancer of communication skills with intent, such as non-verbal.
