Sede Bogotá., ) Soto Gómez, Lady Katherine; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaThe state tests or knowledge 11, seek to assess the knowledge acquired by students hroughout their student life, taking into account the basic learning rights (DBA) established by the national ministry of education for each area. Regarding the area of mathematics, the weighted average reached by students at the national level fluctuates around 50/100 points, this being a critical figure and that allows us to visualize the little preparation that students have for the critical analysis of ICFES-type questions. In the case of the Lorenzo de Salazar Technical College, it is observed that the low academic performance in this state test is due in part to the difficulty of accessing ICFES preparation courses, due to the fact that the majority of the student population is part of rural areas of difficult access and with low economic conditions. This situation leads us to propose a possible solution in which technological tools of daily use intervene, such as smartphones and educational applications, specifically native apps, which do not need an internet connection for their proper functioning. This PID seeks to build a virtual tool for the use and application of ICFES-type tests, in order to train or prepare students to face the knowledge test 11 of the year 2020, thereby increasing the possibility of students to access a Public university with quality higher education, improving in the future their living conditions and their family environment.
