Although these changes have been forged globally in the Latin American case, and specifically the Colombian, they have been gradual, which is why the female salary is still lower in some places compared to that of men; or that many women are judged strongly for working in a work environment outside the home, which as in the old way, is the site of women. In this sense, the reason for the research is to investigate and understand how, in a context like the current one, three women from the Hands that Build program have configured their life, based on their dynamics and social environment. For this, from a humanistic psychology perspective, the qualitative approach was taken as a research model, taking ethnography as a method with unstructured interviews as a data collection technique.

Sede Bogotá., ) Diaz Higuera, Viviana; Peña Vargas, Darwin; Walteros Castro, Julio César; Sanabria Tovar, HugoThis research addresses the main objective of: revealing the possible Subjectivation reconfigurations in the couple relationship of four people with diversity visual functional, in turn this study was qualitative in which four participated people with visual functional diversity of both genders, residents in the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca. For this process, the conversational process was obtained as: semi-structured interviews. The information obtained from the significant population was processed in a categorical matrix of discourse analysis. The results of the investigative work showed that there was no reconfiguration of subjectivation in the couple relationship, since people make a configuration subjectivation in which it influences the primary, secondary group such as the family, the school, the society and culture in which people with visual functional diversity develop.
