Sede Bogotá., ) Rueda Rodríguez, Sonia Isabel; Paeres Aguirre., María VictoriaThe present pedagogical intervention proposal aims to implement recreational spaces and ludic environments that encourage the appropriate use of free time during school recess at the FRANCISCO JOSÉ DE CALDAS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION, FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA HEADQUARTERS, in the city of Villavicencio. This proposal aims to promote the participation and social interaction of members of the educational community, mainly students, in ludic environments that facilitate and foster the development of basic civic skills and competences beyond the exclusive contexts of the classroom. Through this approach, strategies are defined to establish the moments, spaces, and ways to conduct the concrete actions that encourage the creation of these learning environments, to reduce the amount of aggression, the lack of social interactions, the difficulties when interacting and as well as the inactivity and sedentary lifestyle in the student community. Besides, it is also to reduce dependence on mobile devices and virtual interaction on social networks. According to these lines, strategies include the interests and needs of the students, whose recreational and ludic spaces and environments enable activities that are implemented during the oriented and supervised recess. This allows the students to interact assertively in different types of traditional games, board games, ludic events, physical and sports activities that they can enjoy and the promote them the development of bodily, social, and cultural abilities and skills and deal with the problems previously mentioned.
