The development of a measurement methodology comprising: measuring points of the operating range of the pressure gauge, error tolerance, characterization of the variation in data collection and the modification of uncertainty. This measurement process was carried out by comparing a standard instrument and an instrument / measurement at different points of differential pressure. Using for this purpose several instruments and operational personnel available in the area, With the development of this project it will be possible to have a methodology that guarantees control over the measurements made by the instruments and through safer production processes, as well as significant savings in budget. To set the measuring points in the operating range of the instrument, use these descriptive tools as frequency tables and Pareto diagrams. Based on this, tolerance limits of the process were built, using the potential measurement capacity indices (Cg), real measurement capacity index (Cgk) and minimum tolerance (T min).
